  Looking at the error, it seems to be a printer related issue. You have a connected printer? If this is not the case, connect one and check. If you do not have one, you can do 'Adobe PDF' as a default printer as well. If there is already a connected, please change the default printer in the "devices and printers" in the control panel and check.

  I have installed PS CC 2015.  When I tried to open it, Windows 7 said an error had been made and app had to be closed.  I uninstalled the app, restarted the computer and re-installed.  same result.  Any comments?

  I had to run a registry cleanup on my desk. I used Regclinic. Unfortunately, it cost me $40 to fix, but it is running.
