  My problem started with the implementation of consolidation report. I downloaded a this morning and went through to discover that he listed all my publications under the name of the application so I could not say which publications went to what download numbers. In the past (before I renewed my account July 12 and/or upgrade V27), the CSV file listed the numbers to download next to the name of the corresponding publication. Maybe that's OK?

Then I was transferred to a supervisor, then I was disconnected. I then called back, I was told that I needed a serial number again. Yet once I told them that the dealer said they do not have a serial number. I was then transferred to the controller of the floor which then transferred an InDesign support me anyone who wanted my InDesign serial number which we bought years ago and lives somewhere down there with our IT Department... We have editing Professional of DPS and a customer since June/July 2012. Is this something new? Anyone know where and how I want to get the serial number for DPS? Any help would be appreciated.

  You know, this day started badly. I called the number of Support Gold and told me that I must call the 'direct line' but would be put through a sufficient number. I was disconnected so I called the number, they gave me (thinking something must have been changed with the numbers, not much). That's when I went to the Department who did not know what to do with me. After all assignments and disconnects, the InDesign support guy got really good service (level 2, I think). My question was sent to the Analytical Department where he was supposed to go in the first place.

  To answer my own question, Professional and Enterprise customers do not have serial numbers unless you buy additional packages outside our resellers.

  So, yesterday I bought After Effects (first time member creative Cloud and it was the only program that I bought so far through CC) and I got the email about the transaction is successful. I downloaded the installer CC, installed and then downloaded the trial version of After Effects, since it was the only option available. However, even if I went through my account and tried a few other things that have been proposed on the forums, I can't seem to get the serial number, so I can finally put the licensed software.   I work for a small non-profit and we have several licenses Adobe. Most of our computers run CS6, but we have several very old computers running CS3. I used one of those old computers, until recently, when the computer gave the soul. It was nearly 10 years, no surprise. It would be extremely useful for me if I could reinstall Photoshop and InDesign on my new computer. I understand that I would need to run Java Legacy software to use CS3 and it's not a problem.

  I still have the license key for the software. To be clear, we had Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Standard installed on the computer, kaput. It's a Mac and my new computer is a Mac. I am interested to reinstall Photoshop and InDesign. I do not have access to the original installation media - I guess it was a CD. For what it's worth, I took this job about 3 years ago, and these licenses have been purchased probably 6 years ago. My predecessor fact not held very tidy or thorough records and I have no way of knowing is it part products.

  Because the computer is fried, this mean that I am unable to disable the license key and therefore never reuse this license? Is it possible to get the installation media for Creative Suite 3 Design Standard?

  Just FYI, we buy a subscription to CC and is a great solution, but I would really like to savage this license if it is possible. I am grateful for all the advice!

  Yes, you need to uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only, if you are unable to uninstall creative cloud through the tool cleaner and error message you shared above.
