  TOUATI,

  You want Smart Guides to work this way, but this isn't an option in InDesign for the Smart Guides preferences. Here are four options you can choose or not choose in preferences > Guides & table editing. Application to Master objects is not one of the choices:

  I'm just starting using the element of User Interaction. In my workflow, I set several attributes - some string and a Boolean value. I have a script task that makes treatment and eventually set these attributes. I then a piece of User Interaction that has these characteristics than external contributions. The Interaction of the user unit shows the correct values to strings, but the Boolean value is always shown as wrong - regardless of what I put the attribute in the script task immediately preceding.

  I'm confused. I plugged everything in the binding in the same way, but it does not seem to reflect the State of the attribute. I can switch the Boolean value in the Interaction of the user and the attribute is replaced as expected.

  Edit: I have reproduced this issue with a very simple affair. Make a new workflow and put only a part of the Interaction of the user in it. In the UI element, create an external of entry as a Boolean attribute of the workflow. Default font to True/Yes. When you run the workflow, the user interface element shows the value as a no.?

  Looks like a bug in the client Java vRO (but works in vSphere client to Web). I am able to reproduce it in my environment, on the two vRO 6.x and 7.0.

  I'll open a PR in order to track and remedy in the future vRO releases.

  BTW, I vaguely remember there is a reported similar problem long time for vCO 4.x. It seems that the problem has reappeared again in silence

• Passing the value of the element of a page to the other

  I have the following requirements.
  
  Page 1: Register Username (form)
  -Insert the user name in A Table
  -Redirect to the new page
  Page 2: Collect modules (form)
  -Insert the info collected in table B
  -User name of Page 1 is the primary key
  
  My problem:
  I can't understand how to use the value of the username (Item1) from Page 1 to Page 2.
  
  What I tried:
  (A) Item2 created in Page 2
  -After that treatment direction Page 1 value with the value of Item1 Item2
  -no value not transferred (failure)
  (B) source edited Item2 on Page 2 for:
  -Used: Always, replacing an existing value in session state
  -Type: point
  -Session State: per session
  -Value of source: P1_ITEM1
  & Several combinations of the two
  
  My question:
  Passing a value of item from a page to another seems to be a relatively basic operation.
  Am I trying to do something that APEX isn't designed to handle?
  Is there a practical way more traditional or better to deal with these issues?

  If the value of the item has been saved in session state (it is generally except if you explicitly Apex to not save the value in session state), then you can reference any element in your application to any other page or another process. So in other words you have a process on page 2 that runs before your page content (FRONT header, AFTER the header or BEFORE REGIONS) that does something like this:

  :P2_ITEM := :P1_ITEM;
  

  If you do that, then should have recorded the value on your other section of the page. This can also be done with calculations. It can also be done with the attribute of the SOURCE of your page, article, and there is probably some other ways to do it as well. One of these should be able to meet your need. Good luck.

  I've linked a dynamic Action to P121_SORT_BY which runs on the 'Change' event and performs the following JavaScript Code:

  Please note that I also tested the JS without comments and I get pop ups (test1, test2, test3 and the correct name of the column of my_column) but the report isn't back to normal... What am I doing wrong?

  Hi all

  I found the answer to my question by navigating through the java scripts in Apex.

  So, this is what works:

  gReport.last_col_id = "BCV";

  gReport.column.order ('DESC');

  Where "BCV" is actually your name of column position, you can send it by a Page Item and means of descending "DESC" and "CSA" means growing.

• Why can I change/move the elements on my page?

  I can't change my page at all. I press preview and everything works fine, but when I try to make changes in the design section, and I can't. All my goods are linked, but Muse automatically merged all my layers in the background layer (I guess he did it when I saved). It's very frustrating. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

  The source of these items are picked on the backend tables based on the: APP_PAGE_ID.

  All on Page 1: I chose an option in the account of radio

  If I want to see the value above in Page 3, how to do?

  As the elements are on Page 0, there is no point on P1 to designate...

  It is not practical to create an application with a separate page for each question. This type of application can be dynamically driven data using a question page. Rather than use the 0 page, create a unique question page containing the elements of the question and option (personally I would use relationships rather than objects, but that adds more complexity) and another to store the current number of the question. Before you navigate to the page in question for the first time, create three collections of the APEX. Two collections on queries for issues and the basic options and a third empty one to store the user's responses. On the page in question, back issues and options of the collections instead of the base tables. This ensures that users get consistent questions and options sets, even though they are simultaneously changed by other users. Terms of use on the current number of the question to control the display of the next/previous/Finish buttons or links; conditional calculations on next/previous controls to increment/decrement the current number of the question; a process to register the user in the collection's response; a conditional branch, triggered by control of finishing for a final presentation page; and an unconditional branch to the page in question to scroll through all the questions.

  (This is a good example of a Problem of XY. Rather than ask the question "I develop an application examination.» How can I implement this in APEX? "before you start, you selected an inappropriate solution and asked about the problems that have arisen in its application. You should always include some background to the question and if in doubt about the best approach, describe the requirements, not a proposed solution)

  Automatic line extraction would probably be your best bet.

  Each of the elements will have the "column of the database" the "Source Type" value with the value of "Source" is the name of column it represents.

  Here is a cheat I used:

  Use 'Form on the Table' and delete all the stuff you don't want. (for example the automatic process DML)

  Basically it is a wizard that does all the hard work (of the foregoing) for you.

  Here I pass the page number of the calling page in a link to a hidden item (PX_PG) on the new page.

  If you want to delete news cache the current page, in this case page 12, then the following will work

  Similar code worked for me (in CS4 - the machine, I had very practical is the one I use to accompany clients on older versions). Are you sure that your destinationMasterPage is a page and not a spread? This would cause a failure.

  How can I assign values to the elements of a page based on the data structure returned by a pl/sql procedure in the front header process?   The question is not really clear. What kind of "data structure returned by a procedure from pl/sql? Please be much more accurate.

  For a data structure of PL/SQL such as records containing 2 elements (x and there) returned as output parameter for a procedure to be assigned to 2 items p1_x and p1_ypage, all that is necessary in the header before process is something like

  I think you are talking about adding links. You can create links in Acrobat using the link tool. Information on adding links to a document are in the Acrobat help doc, but if you get stuck, post again.

  of course, you can calculate your price without submitting the page.

  What you need is the javascript function that takes the value of the quantity and the price and returns the total value.

  Equip your header of this code page (I guess the name of your items are like P1_PRICE etc..):

  Create a button, then replace his target at the following URL ("Redirect URL" option button section):

  javascript:calculateTotalSum();
  

  Now, whenever you press the button, total price will be calculated without presenting.

  Create a new print document with the same basic grid settings and the same size of document with page 2.

  Drag all the pages from one to the other document.

  Remove the first 2 pages.

• InDesign CC2015 - issue of Page numbers

  Since I updated to InDesign CC2015, page number function does not work correctly.

  If I do need to update an item with a new starting number, it does not change until I got close and reopen the document.

  Someone else has this problem?

  But by pressing SHIFT + F5 to refresh force updates the number on the document for you.
