  That does not meet the system requirements and I think it's safe to say thatr it is the reason for the accident - the program seeks to draw the preferences panel in an invalid area because it cannot properly address the resolution of the screen too small. Increase the screen resolution and everything will probably work.

  If you are using Win7, you would like to try this

  (1) create a shortcut to the Organizer (PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe)

  (2) right click on the shortcut and select run as administrator (even if you are an administrator)

  (3) repeat the process of picture messaging

  If it works, then you can close Organizer and try again without the run as administrator

  My iPhoto 11 9.4.3 crashes whenever I try to run a slide show. I have a 2012 end Macbook Pro osx 10.8.5 with all updates of operation. I tried a lot of things. I have several libraries and each the same plant. I created a new library and loaded new pictures with the same result. I rebuilt and repaired each option with the option/command start of iPhoto on libraries. I have rebuilt libraries with iPhoto Manager with the same result, it hangs at the start a slide show. It seems to be a message that cannot be read just before she leaves.

  I think I installed new iPhoto 11 of my purchases, but perhaps did not it good as I didn't delete the iphoto.pkg from the front desk of the library, but I was wondering if another problem exists. I got the below error report.

  I suggest that you uninstall visualize whitecap and see if you are able to use windows media player. If you are able to use the media player without freezing then the problem is with plug-in and you must contact the plug-in manufacturer.

• "Download failed" error message when you try to use the tab create in Expert mode)

  I use PS 11 elements and following a tutorial that instructed me to click on the tab to create, and then select the Photo book in option (in fact, it does not matter which option - they all produce the same error message).

  I get the initial dialogue, to set the number of pages, etc., but when I click on OK, a window opens saying "active download, please wait". This is followed by an error message "failed download. The server is not available or you are not connected to internet"or words to that effect.

  So far I have checked the software for updates, checked my internet connection and looked into this forum to find answers, but so far nothing has worked.

  Anyone else experienced this?

  I think I can solved the problem by renaming a file (which may have had has been corrupted?).

  Here's what I did:

  "I renamed the file" "MediaDatabase.db3" to "OLD MediaDatabase.db3 ' Library\Application Support\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\11.0\Locale\En_US. restart PSE11 folder and clicked on create, using the default value for an object (A place of Sarcelles) and - after a slight pause while the catalog has been rebuilt - it worked! (previously he had not). Tested with other themes and they were all OK too.

  NB: the path of the file above is on an Apple Mac running OS X Lion mountain - he peut vary between versions of Mac OS X and will certainly be different on a Windows PC (see the post of Surendra, above, for a suggestion of where to start).

  I did not really see a response to my question, looking at the previous Q & A. So I'll try here. Just from today, every time I try to use my printer with firefox, I get a crash report? When I try to use the printer in another browser, no problem. I tried several times today, to use the printer in firefox, nothing helps. Yet once, each time, I get a crash report. Can anyone help?   You can check the problems caused by a recent update of Flash 11.3 and possibly upgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.

  I have a Dell Inspiron 19. The Dell of Dell diagnostics disk utilities & drivers say all right. It is a Seagate 320 GB drive. I installed the drive on another computer and used sea tools to erase the disc.  Then I created a partition and marked as "bootable".

  When I try to use the Dell reinstallation DVD Windows 7 Home premium SP1 64-bit, it crashes when is about to display the windows logo.  A few pixels logo show and then it's there.  Any ideas?  I worked on it for several days.  Really a "stumper" for me and I did something like that for years!

  Original problem seems to be a massive viral infection (owner had no active antivirus software installation!) which led to the non-bootable computer.  After working on this for a while, I decided to just do again it.

    OK I tried everything and nothing works! Only added beginners are updated browser Opera 10.63; IE9 (Beta); Firefox 3.6.12 and Google Chrome 7.0.517.41 and Java 22. Of course like everyone else in the world, I had to uninstall/enable and disable/download again and reinstall new Adobe Flash 10 and 11 of the shock wave and they keep crashing too! Hello 4 keep screwing browsers and now I get connection network problems. I run Comcast doctor and did everything it said to do, but nothing works. Oh and I added 7-Zip and WinZip also.
