  InDesign seems to freeze about every 15-20 minutes and I cannot understand why. It seems to happen more frequently when I switch between applications, but honestly, I'm not sure that is the issue because it also occurs when I'm just changing the text or the moving boxes around, or do other stuff ID normal. For no apparent reason (for me), roulette appears and unless I force quit and re - open ID, it won't go away (I waited 15 minutes before to make sure I wasn't being impatient). Does anyone else have this problem? Can you recommend some settings I can change to troubleshoot or correct?

  I use InDesign CS5 on Mac OS x 10.6.7 v7.0.4.

• CC of InDesign for Mac and PC are not the same?

  I have creative cloud on a Mac and a PC. I can't open Indesign Mac on PC files and it's frustrating. The whole point of getting Adobe CC should be able to work on both platforms. The Mac of Indesign version is showing that 9.2.1 and the PC version is showing that the version 8.0.2. If you're never going to get the PC version, the same, how can I return the Mac down to version 8.0.2 so files will be interchangeable?

  Sounds like you have CC Mac, but only a CS6 version (that you could get subscription) on the PC. Make sure that you install CC on both machines.

  Since you are always able to print from other applications, specifically other Microsoft Office applications, then it seems that the printer does not work as expected. This is good news!

  When you print from Outlook, make sure that your printer is turned on and that you have selected it in the print of confirmation dialog that appears when you start printing.

  If you continue to have problems after that, then it's probably a problem with Outlook, how I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft for support with their application.

  iCloud does not offer the ability to save a Mac computer. You can save an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch to iCloud.

  If you have the Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud > iCloud drive turned on, you should be able to save a document from the desktop to the folder of iCloud drive or drive movement documents previously saved to other folders to iCloud. You can go to Finder preferences > Sidebar (at the top of the preferences window) and put a checkmark in front of iCloud drive in this window that make it easier. Note that save or move the files to the folder of the iCloud drive will keep a copy on your local disk and synchronize in iCloud. It is not the same as having a backup because if you accidentally delete the local copy, the copy on iCloud is also deleted.
