  Any word on Adobe Story Chromebook or Android support? What I understand ChromeOS is not much more than a browser HTML5? I want to get one of the new time 8 Haswell powered laptops Chromebook this holiday season under $ 300.   Your help please. I use an Acer C720 Chromebook bought in England but I am now at the Brazil and I can't access my mobile data plan - the operator is TIM and the dongle is Olivetti, Olicard 160. I can access the WiFi from the nearby square, but this means I have to perch on the edge of 3 inches from my room window, is not comfortable. I have an Acer Aspire One D255 with me as a return to the top (good job, I) and it uses the same USB dongle without any problems - but in 3 years much more slow and clumsy as the chromebbok for inernet - but it works. Back to my problem, why when I plug the USB to TIM with SIM in my Chromebook C720, is it not recognised?   Not a lot of support for this kind of material in Chromebooks. I've heard more support cell adapter is coming, but I've heard that for a while. Many even dongles are not working with Mac so your best option is a personal mobile device, MyFi. In this way, you can connect your Chromebook through the WiFi of this adapter part.

  The quality of the webcam is not very good for something marketed as having an "HD webcam.

  It seems pretty grainy, almost as if there is some sort of "oil painting" of the applied filter.

  The camera of the Chromebook C720 is 1.0 MP HD webcam. Looking at the photo published on Reddit, it seems to be in line with what I would expect of a 1.0 MP webcam.   Lenovo SL 510 10mos old. "Recently, the battery indicator indicates" battery is not installed. Occurs when you use the power supply mains or battery only.   I found the info that for your laptop model there are two types of battery only:
  PA3356U-3BAS
  PA3356U-3BRS

  So if you use Google and put these numbers, you should be able to find an online store where you can buy these compatible batteries.
  By the way: link you posted is OK and I don't see the reason why you shouldn't order of it. It is listed as compatible.

  To extend the life, you need battery with more cells and ability, but it is unfortunately not available for your laptop model.
