  IF you have separated your SMS/MMS from your key Messages, then go in and highlight date bars separating your SMS messages. Then, click on the Menu button and select "Delete prior". That should do exactly as she says.

My trial period ends at the end of the week and I will probably cancel the GPS service unless I can make it work with Bluetooth.

  Hi, I hope someone can help. I am setting up a new computer and couldn't find my original Cd BB to load Desktop Manager so downloaded the program 4.7. The BB was recognized initially and offered the updates of many applications. They have been downloaded and the installation sequence happens. It came at the end with a "fatal error, please try again" message. There is now a message from 507 error on the BB screen and I can not powerdown without removing the battery.   I am running Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000 (SP3) platform.

  I have a BB Storm.

  I installed Desktop version 4.7. (Failed to install a newer version on Windows 2000.)

  Installation went well. The software recognized the storm. When I go to sync, and click on the box in front of calendar (or one of the choices), the only 3 choices I see are:

  None

  ASCII Impoter/exporter

  Yahoo

  I have read every word of each manual and cannot find something that will help me get Outlook on this list. According to the help section, Outlook is supported, but it does not appear.

  Any suggestions on how to get prospects on the list?

• Help with calendar with Outlook sync blackBerry Smartphones to all appointments will not sync...

  I'm not a great tech, but I have some skills good enough for a girl, if I say so myself... but I'm so frustrated... I need help.

  This is my first public post... So I hope that I give all the information but who will help, if I missed something, please let me know.

  Here is some background info:

  I have a BB "BOLD"

  I use it NOT on a company (network)

  I sync my bb with my dell

  Windows Vista (UGH!)

  Outlook - Version 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001

  My calendar and my contacts are the most important reason, I have a bb

  My contacts are FINE

  My schedule is a MESS

  I have 2 separate email addresses work well my bb... For the purposes of his post, I will refer to them as

  [email protected]

  When I do appointments in my work calendar, I do one of 2 things to get all my appointments on the BB

  Plan my gmail as a participant in the designation address or

  Prior to the appointment to my gmail from my work email address

  When I make an appointment directly from my BB I do it by selecting Menu > new = my default settings of the account gmail under the 'send '.

  BB News:

  When I'm in the calendar and select > Menu.Options > calendars > I have 3 options

  Default device that has (157 results)

  [email protected] who has (429 entries)

  When I go to the Menu > Options > Advanced Options > Services > (CICAL) by default is [email protected] , it shows that I have options to select my Gmail or my .mac address

  That is the problem - it did not used to happen, and I frankly did not know that my backup was messed up so I don't know how long this is happening.

   

  When I sync with Outlook

  There are only 518 appointments that are synchronized

  I can't get the other 157 (defect of the unit) + 429 (mac) to sync with my outlook

  Can someone help me to get them all on my gmail calendar? or in my outlook so that I can then sync back with the BB

  I will not sync my bb with my mac

  Here's what I tired:

  • Yelling at the computer
  • Yelling in Spanish at the BlackBerry
  • ignoring the two
  • I stopped myself to throw both of them against the wall.

  I put the BB Desktop Manager to perform a one-way synchronization > bb to outlook = NOTHING only synchronize gmail

  I changed the (CICAL) to my mac address and synchronized = NOTHING - only synchronization gmail

  I am at a loss and would appreciate any help.
