  I have a problem with all the programs in my Master Collection CS5. When I open the document info window of any program the window appears empty and then freezes the program. Clicks of the mouse are not working and does not close the empty window. The only way out is to force quit. I'm on Macbook with OS 10.6.8.   You should have the windows xp cd to go back on these games.

  1. with the CD Windows XP in the CD drive, click Start, and then click Control Panel.

  2. double-click on Add or remove programs.

  3. click on Add/Remove Windows components.

  4. in the Windows Components Wizard, click Accessories and utilities (the words, not the box), and then click Details.

  5. apply the appropriate method.

  If the games check box is not enabled (no games are installed), and you want to install all of the games, click to select the games check box, click OKand then click Next.

  b. If the games check box is not enabled (no games are installed), and you want to install one or more of the games, click games (the word, not the box) and then click to select the check boxes for the games you want to install. Click OK, click OK, and then click Next.

  c. If the games check box is checked and the background of the check box is white (all games are installed), and you want to uninstall all of the games, click to clear the games check box, click OK, and then click Next.

  d. If the games check box is checked and the background of the check box is white (all games are installed), and you want to uninstall only some of the games, click games (the word, not the box) and then click to clear the check boxes for the games you want to uninstall.
