  I'm having this error also and use windows xp, how can I do to fix?
  I did a virus scan and anti-malware and they both come clean and still no matter what I do on my computer, I get this error. Indeed, it is start minute windows. I also did a scan of starting time and started my pc in safe mode and uninstalled just about everything on my computer and still get this same error message.

  I uninstalled the program 'Print projects' - not 'creations' as call other positions, and the automatic switch unknown error box has not reappeared. It is a commercial program installed when I installed a new Kodak multifunction printer. Funny, I do generally safe do not install all the stuff in option when I have the new software (Quicken and TurboTax are the worst offenders)

  I built a site of Muse and place a dashboard project animate the site. Here's the problem I have. When I saw in the browser through Muse all seem to work well. The problem is when I export to HTML. When I view the HTML file in Firefox, everything works fine. But when I discover the HTML in Chrome or Opera, I get the following error appears on the top of the browser: Java Script Alert: MuseJSAssert: error calling the function switch: security error: blocked a frame with original "null" access to a framework of cross-origin.

  Any ideas what is the cause? I noticed one thing, but if I click the button refresn the animation playback. The other thing I noticed, is that my full screen lide show is also affected by this error. He plays as the first image and the rest of the images are not displayed.

  I finally found how to solve this problem! At only took about 3 hours!

  Therefore, to do with the iframe code muse did for the lively edge file.

  If we take things from the outset, if everyone includes:

  3. put the file where you want

  Sounds like the HARD drive failure.
  That would explain the PXE Boot error as well.
  This error occurs if the laptop tries to boot from LAN because other sources bootable couldn t be found.

  In my opinion, you need to replace the HARD drive.
  If the warranty is valid, get in touch with a local ASP from Toshiba and ask the new HARD drive

  You mentioned LabVIEW and relays, but were not specific about what other equipment or software you have.  You have some sort of input device and digital outputs?  If so who?  What type of relay? What are the power requirements for their reels?

  What is the range and resolution of the delays? What are the initial and final conditions for your system?

  You should start going through the tutorials online on LV

  There are several examples showing how to make digital and exit entrance.  Those who would be good starting points.

  Step 1. Remove links in the existing port and reboot the host.

  Step 2. Change the port iSCSI and vmnic preferred value to active group and move the second unused NETWORK card.

  Step 3. Change group 2-port iSCSI and vmnic preferred value in the active State and move the other card unused NETWORK.

  Step 4. Add vmk1 and vmk2 under links in the port iScsi initiator network configuration.

  This error is triggered when you start at the beginning of the treatment for sqlplus and is, by nature, rather generic. Given that it is triggered during initialization, it is quite possible that not all libraries that may be required for additional details (such as localized error messages) are loaded.

  The only thing you mention has changed is installation of Kaspersky, which suggests that it blocks a library required to be loaded. This error can also be triggered in case of memory (which would also prevent the loading required libraries, etc.).

  Here is a simple test you can do by way of illustration (obviously not on a production system, etc.):

  $ cd \Oracle\11.2\database\BIN
  
  $ dir /s /b oraclient11.dll
  C:\Oracle\11.2\database\BIN\oraclient11.dll
  
  $ rem temporarily rename the Oracle RDBMS Client Library for testing
  $ ren oraclient11.dll oraclient11.dll.save
  
  $ rem this will raise error 57 since a required library could not be loaded during initialization
  $ sqlplus.exe /nolog
  Error 57 initializing SQL*Plus
  Error loading message shared library

  I just bought a new desktop computer and installed Windows 7 Profesional.
  I was able to connect to the internet through the router, after much tinkering and managed to register, activate and update my installation. However, today, when I started the destop, it wouldn't connect to the internet, or see other computers or printer on my home network. Whenever I try to connect, I get the following:-error 651 and when I run Network Diagnostics, he comes back with ' does'nt 'Local Area Connection' have a valid IP Configuration ".
  I swapped the cables between computers and the problem with the new box stays. My laptop wirelessy connects via the router and see other devices ok.
  After checking on the interest, I see that this is a common problem with Win 7 and you have already tried the "raspppoe.sys" as suggests "supprt Shinmila H-Microsoft on social.answers.microsoft.com. Nothing helps.
  Please advise, or email a patch.

  I suggest that power you cycling your Modem and router might solve the problem, here are the steps:
   
  1 save all your current work, close all open applications, then shut down your computer. Wait a minute.
  2.first, turn off your router and wait a few minutes.
  3 turn off your modem.
  4. disconnect all the Ethernet cables are connected to the router and the modem and the PC.
  5. reconnect them and ensure that there is no connection drop between them.
  6.now, turn on your PC and let it boot.
  7. turn on the modem first, and after it is initialized, switch on the router.
   
  You can also try disabling the firewall/security software as appropriate and check if it helps:
