Injection of the event to answer call waiting

Hello

I am trying to answer a phone call using injection of the event, I saw a few discussions about this, and it seems that the method I use is correct is a sense. I can answer a call on callIncoming, but not on callWaiting. I can answer both using the Simulator, but the device does not respond on callWaiting.

This is my method:

In callIncoming/callWaiting, I create a timer with a delay of 100 ms, which calls a function that sends KEY_SEND up and down events. Simple, but it only accepts a standard appeal, not an appeal pending.

Can someone advise?

Concerning

Lionel

Figured this out, increasing the timer time solves the problem.

    I try to use the event at some point injection back a prompt for the user.  Now, however, just trying to get so that when the user clicks on my application of simple test on the home screen, the cursor goes up a line.  I use the injector of the event and I can't seem to make it work.  I have this simple method:

     private void pressKey(char key) {
        EventInjector.invokeEvent(new EventInjector.KeyCodeEvent(EventInjector.KeyCodeEvent.KEY_DOWN, key,  KeypadListener.STATUS_NOT_FROM_KEYPAD));

        EventInjector.invokeEvent(new EventInjector.KeyCodeEvent(EventInjector.KeyCodeEvent.KEY_UP,

                      key, KeypadListener.STATUS_NOT_FROM_KEYPAD));
      }

    When I call this method with the key "Characters.ESCAPE" it works and have the back screen of a user.  However, when I call the method with the key "Characters.CONTROL_UP" it does not seem to do anything.

    Inject an EventInjector.NavigationEvent instead of an EventInjector.KeyCodeEvent if you want to move up an icon on the home screen.

  • disable call waiting

    Hello

    I have an Officejet 8500 A910n.

    How can I disable call waiting to send a fax?

    Thank you

    Walter

    Hello

    Thanks for the reply & I'm glad you work for HP, but maybe before you answer, you should check your facts.

    I found the answer.

    When I pressed the STAR key, up jumps a blue menu that gave me the possibility of other characters that included the dashboard.

    I then saved it as a SPEED dial & tried.

    To send a fax & turn off call waiting, I press the speed dial, then the sending of fax # & press ENTER.

    You hear the phone dialing disable call waiting & then a break & finally the number.

    The fax then thrue.

    While this was happening, I called my line from my cell & the call went directly to voicemail.

    So, I guess now I have solved the problem.

  • Difficulty with returns control to the parents program after call asynchronous Subvi

    I'm trying to set up a directory of context-sensitive help for one of my programs.  This is the first time I tried an asynchronous call and I can't seem to make it work properly.

    The attached HelpDir.vi is the parent program that gives the user different help files to choose.  When the user selects a help file, its Subvi should appear.  I would like the user able to let this help file upwards and close the help directory or select another help file to upsimulataneously, if they wish.

    The strange thing is that, currently, this vi works exactly as I want if I stress execution on, but works normally, the HelpDir.vi becomes unresponsive when we help files was loaded and becomes sensitive again once the help file has been left.

    I set up the parent program with a structure of the event running asynchronous call and forget everything as in the example of the expedition to the France so I do not know why the program parent is not recover control after the launch of the Subvi.  Please take a look and let me know if you see what I'm missing.

    PS, You may need to update both static references.  I don't know if they break when you send the code this way.

    Thank you

    Tim

    Change your dialogues float instead of Modal.  Modal windows will always be on top.  In the changing Floating, then you can access the window of your main VI as well.

    Performance highlight should substitute somehow the disorder of modal window.

  • BlackBerry phone Q10 automatically answers call

    I have a flip case for my phone. When the phone rings and I open flip answer the call automatically which removes the option to not take the call. It starts only yestrerday who happens, before I could open the suitcase and answer calls normally. No idea of what is happening and how to stop it?

    Check this setting, open your phone app (tap the call icon).

    Swipe down from the top to the SETTINGS.

    Tap Holster.

    TURN OFF response call by withdrawing from the case.

    In addition...

    Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

    Now let's see if the same will continue.

  • IllegalStateEx: UI engine accesed without hoding the event lock LocalDevice.getLocalDevice)

    I get IllegalStateExeption: UI engine accesed without hoding the lock of the event, when I call LocalDevice.getLocalDevice (). In the code below get following list: 1, 2, 3, 4, Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateExeption: UI engine accesed without hoding the lock of the event.

    It is interesting, but this code worked yesterday.

    What means this exception means and how to fix this?

    The device is 8820 4.2.2.160 version. BlackBerry JDE is 4.2.1.

    Thank you!

    My application is pure MIDP. We already had for HP iPAQ application that we are porting to BB. And now we try to connect bluetooth with barcode reader. I used no debugger. I used printing in the text box after each line of code, and printing stops after LocalDevice.getLocalDevice)

    Now I call the method LocalDevice.getLocalDevice () of the new thread, and it seems to work OK:

    (new Thread() {}
    public void run() {}
    try {}
    myDevice = LocalDevice.getLocalDevice ();
    } catch (BluetoothStateException ex) {}
    testBox.insert ("u run() Exception:" + ex + "\n", testBox.size ());
    }
    }
    ({. start()});

  • Question about the events of list management

    I searched in the circles of a response to this problem for a while now.

    Background information:

    I have an application that uses a number of listservs. However, some end users have complained about this particular control since you not only have select from the popup LOV, but you then have to click on the 'Add' button until the selected value will be submitted to the page. They would like me to display some callback types click on 'Add' when a value is selected, but not yet added.

    I found the names of the different elements of the list manager and created a simple javascript function to change the background color of the text box where the selected value is displayed and attached that work to the onchange event.

    My problem is that if something enter the text box fire the onchange event, by clicking on the 'Add' button does not work. In other words, I can put a red background (or whatever I end up doing) if they have not yet added value, but I can't put it right back when the user clicks on 'Add '. The best work around I came uses the list manager onmouseover event, but is not as clean as I like it.

    The 'Add' button has an onclick (obviously) the events that first calls a function "appendToList" and then deletes the text box.

    {color: #0000ff} & lt; "input type ="button"name =" "value ="Add"onclick =" appendToList (return [0].p_v99.value.toUpperCase (), return [0] .p_v04); return [0].p_v99.value = "" / & gt;

    {color} {color: #000000} The appendToList function is defined in the body of the page, just forward to the & lt; fieldset & gt; tag that creates the list manager, leading me to believe that there is a template somewhere.

    Question:

    Is it possible to edit the template for the list manager so that I can call my function when the user clicks on the button "add"?

    or

    Is it possible to redefine the function appendToList somewhere on this page, so I can place a call to function within this function?

    or

    Is there another way to restore the appearance of the text box when the user clicks on the button 'Add' that I thought not again?

    Thanks for any help you can provide. This is bugging me. {color}

    Hello

    I think that what follows may work for you.

    Suppose you have a component called P4_LIST_MANAGER list manager. Add the following code in the Footer area of the region setting:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    var lm = document.getElementById("P4_LIST_MANAGER_ADD");
    lm.onchange = function()
    {
     if (lm.value.length > 0)
     {
      lm.style.backgroundColor = 'red';
     }
    }
    var lmfs = document.getElementById("P4_LIST_MANAGER");
    lmfs.onclick = function()
    {
     if (lm.value.length == 0)
     {
      lm.style.backgroundColor = 'white';
     }
    }
    </script>

    The main problem you see is that for an input element onchange event is not raised when its value is changed via javascript on the page. The above assumes that the user has clicked in the area of field set to use either the Add or Remove buttons, and then resets the background color.

  • get the structure of the event inside the while loop to wait for event occurs before the execution

    Hello

    I have a small problem, when I raise an event using a value change button, which works very well.  The problem is that the VI does not wait for me raise an event and instead runs the same event again, even if I have not pressed the button to start again.  The mechanical action of the button switch is released is.

    I was wondering how you get the structure of the event to wait for a user event, after that he executed the first time.

    James.Morris wrote:

    There is no reason that the event should be raised twice as much that the only way that it fires in your code is by the user by clicking on 'Hall measure only'.

    Oh yes, there is, and I deserve a kudo for this one.  Mechanical action on the button is set on the switch until published, so click to generate an event, on the bottom and on the square, attached is an example.

    My boy has my students hate this question, and to be honest, I hated it.  When never would you do that intentionally?  Honestly?  Anyway to change the button back to normal (as default latch when released) and move the terminal button in the structure of the event where it is managed and it will work as usual.

  • delay in response time when answering calls so that the screen is active (xperia z5)

    When a click 'reply' during the screen is active, it fails the call as expected. It sometimes takes a few attempts. There is a known issue on Android 5.1.1 (Build number 32.0.A.6.200)

    I get phone calls for the past few months asking for help with errors on my system. They want to go to the event handler, and they know their job. I decided to let them tell me what they wanted, but he did not.  have errors and warnings. Makes me think that they are a kind of pirates or maybe they are already hacking my systems. Someone here on these guys... Always comes a private number.

    It is a standard ploy to con more money. They are not well informed, they are common criminals working in a script they know the result of the condition that you are not well informed about the content of your event log.

    In all likelihood, there is nothing wrong in your event log.

    The next time they call tell them right you don't even have a computer and see how fast they cling!

  • How to make a slide to wait until the user has answered a question correctly, even after activation of a smartshape?

    Background:

    I created a questionnaire in which the user must answer each question correctly before to proceed to the next slide. That's what I did:

    • Set preferences Settings > required > respond to everything - the user must answer each question to continue
    • Set the number of attempts at the level of the question to infinity
    • Made the Next invisible button and disabled the PlayBar

    In this way, the user can proceed to the next slide in the issue with the submission process - and, since attempts are endless, this means that after having answered the question correctly.

    Current objective:

    I want the user to be able to click on a prompt for a hint. To configure this, I did the following:

    • Created a smartshape titled 'click_for_hint' to display the text that says: "click here for a tip.
    • Created a smartshape labelled 'hint' text display
    • Show "hint" success value "click_for_hint".

    Now, when the user clicks on the text that says: "Click here for a hint," the suspicion appears. So it works - great! However, once the indicator is activated, I would like to for the user to continue endless attempts until respondent correctly to the question... and then only after answering correctly, proceed to the next slide.

    The problem:

    If the user has submitted one or more wrong answers, and then activates the indicator, the slide just waiting until the user has answered the question correctly. Instead, it will be set in playing, proceeding to the next slide. I tried the smartshape 'hint' to take a break on the success of adjustment, but it does not work.

    Is there a way to make the slide to wait until the answer to the question correctly before moving on to the next slide, even after the indicator has been activated?

    Are you aware that your required parameter can cause problems, the blocking of the user? It is also completely useless because you have unlimited attempts at the level of the issue and hid the next button (hope, you don't need review, otherwise, I would recommend not to hide this button but slide it under the Clear key: the Question slides in Captivate - Captivate blog)

    The index problem is related to the fact that a simple gesture going out of reading. I would like to see the timeline of the slide, to compare the points of suspension form and the question slide button. And maybe this blog can also clarify difference between simple/advanced: Why choose Standard Simple action?-Captivate blog

  • READ the events when you insert data into a CLOB to waiting

    Hello people,

    I too read waiting for IO (db file sequential read) on a CLOB, when data is inserted, and I don't understand why.

    Statement:
    INSERT into TABLE (< all columns list >) values < list of all values >;

    Duration:
    between 250ms and 500ms, so much is too long by far

    Location:
    * Database 11 GR 2 (11.2.0.3.0) Standard Edition on Linux (OEL 5) x86_64
    * Usually, I have about 200 of these inserts in a single transaction. Thus, generally such a transaction is open for at least 50 seconds.
    * This is an OLTP environment, so I can't drop indexes or constraints 'before' loading, in fact I'm loading and reading the table all the time.
    * Insertion happens simultaneously by multiple Java threads, all in France via JDBC thin driver.
    * The table is not partitioned (Standard Edition).
    * The table contains < 7 million lines.
    * I can't ADD, because the table is served in a logical way, and I do not have maintenance windows to rearrange segments.
    * There are a lot of NON NULL and check constraints simple insertion-value based on the table, but only SINGLE (as part of the numeric primary key) constraint.
    A column is a CLOB, but there is no constraint on the CLOB column.

    What I have done:
    Raised the execution plan. Here it is:
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    | ID | Operation | Name | Begins | Cost | A - lines. A - time | Pads | Bed | Written |
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    | 0 | INSERT STATEMENT. 1. 1. 0 | 00:00:02.75 | 5064 | 840. 2.
    | 1. LOAD TABLE CONVENTIONAL | 1 | | 0 | 00:00:02.75 | 5064 | 840. 2.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    I tried to find out where all this runtime will, so I enabled level 12 10046 for this SQL tracing and tkprof analysis shows:

    Elapsed time are waiting on the following events:
    Event waited on times max wait for the Total WHEREAS
    ----------------------------------------   Waited  ----------  ------------
    DB file sequential read 61 0.01 0.29
    direct path write 30 0.01 0.00
    direct path read 15 0.00 0.00

    = > So now I know where my runtime is spent on: reading!
