Install CS5 Master Collection with JEAN and Casper Suite

We bought Adobe CS5 Master Collection for Mac with a site license and I would use Casper due to distribute. We have downloaded the MasterCollection_CS5_LS1.dmg of our account, but Packager AAMEE the .dmg will not recognize as valid a Setup program. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to create a distribution for Casper? I read the 'Simplification Adobe CS5 Administration with the Casper Suite' guide and the guide version 2.0.242.0 of JOHN. Do I need to get a .pkg file to use with the creator of the AAMEE package?

Problem solved. Eventually, I realized that I had to extract/drag applications Adobe CS5 Master Collection since the .dmg downloaded into a folder. Then JOHN Packer program was able to recognize applications.

When I try to install CS5 Master Collection for Mac...
When I try to install CS5 Master Collection for Mac, the program keeps asking to insert the disc Master Collection. This is the only disc for installation. The installation process will not continue even theough the right disc has been inserted. Any ideas?
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.

I would like to install my cs5 master collection on my macbook pro, but it doesn't have a drive... instead, it's an air walk. Anyone know if there is a way to download these applications without the disc? I tried to contact customer service, but apparently adobe does not provide support for versions below customer CS6 (which is amazing to me). Thank you.

CS5 Master Collection with Windows 10 compatibility
At home, I use CS5 Master Collection on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit PC. I received an offer from Microsoft to freely improve my system to Windows 10 Professional at the end of July. Will work my CS5 Master Collection, or have problems in Windows 10? I understand Microsoft no application should be resettled in this upgrade, as you might do if the installation of an operating system from a disk, and they say all the applications already installed, always will be, after the upgrade. I do before this upgrade, in order to facilitate a smooth transition to Windows 10 professional? I despise cloud products (software subscription) and won't be not using or upgrading to any products CC.

I am trying to install Adobe Id/CS5 Master collection on my Windows 10 machine but get the following error:
Installation encountered an error (36) during the installation. If please restart the computer and try again.
Anyone have any suggestions how to solve the problem

An idea that MAY work to install or run some programs in Windows 10 old... works for some, not for others
- or run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions can help... said yet, but sometimes it is necessary for all Adobe programs (this is same as using an administrator account)

I bought a student of CS5 Master Collection in 2010 edition. I backed up my apps, update my system operating, but since the re - install the new software, I get an error code: 6. I could not find the Master Collection download original CD, reinstall the software. I always have the serial number, but y at - it somewhere else, I can re - install the software?

I recently got this new MacbookPro and I wanted to download install CS5 on the site of Adobe, but somehow, I now get the message that the install.app is damaged.
What can I do? I found some people saying that there is no solution, and we'll just have to wait for Apple to run fixes for old Adobe software...

CS5 Master Collection box - where is the serial number for Acrobat 9 Pro?

I recently purchased the CS5 Master Collection box - student and teacher edition. I've already properly registered myself as a student with Adobe and gotten a serial number that triggers the Master Collection, but not apparently Acrobat Pro, which is on a separate disk. I searched through all the papers provided with the box, but so far no luck.
Anyone know where this track?
Yes, 24 digits for Acrobat on mine.
I have a sixth sticker on the box, it has a number of eight-digit on that followed by the text: DVS/A.STAM.5.0.WIN,GEN,WWE,ACT. I think that it is only the product code for the CS5 Master Collection for Windows.
The five serial numbers in the same order that the above are 24, 34, 34, 24 and 24 digits.

Impossible to upgrade CS5 Master Collection
Hi all. So whenever I tried to update my CS5 Master Collection he dies and says that there is a problem try again later etc. did not worth chasing it until now when I need it.

Yesterday I bought a new iMac. Downloaded the CS5 Master Collection on the Adobe site, but install says that my serial number is not valid. I double checked with my products on my profile, and the number is correct. Says Adobe technical support it is a technical problem, but my serial number IS valid for CS5.

I tried the solutions mentioned in the above discussion, and I still cannot install one of the applications. I checked that my user account name contains any special characters; However, I have noticed a hidden default directory located in the users folder.

I have found a solution for all users of Windows 8: you can copy a previous installation (the Adobe program directory) to the same folder and try to run the applications. This works for Photoshop 64-bit. For other applications to work, I had to do the same thing, but for the Adobe Program Files (x 86) directory.
I tested to see if the Master Collection install on a new install of Windows 8, and I found that I still have the same error. The previous configuration worked because it was on a different machine with a different material. So, you can find the Master Collection will install on a machine but won't be on the other. In any case, if you get the above error, reinstalling will not fix it.

If you have problems to reactivate your software and have no way to disable its previous installations, while the only way to do it is to contact Adobe customer service / technical support, which, with luck, can work on it at their end.
