Need to re - install CS5 Master Collection without CD
Hello
I bought a student of CS5 Master Collection in 2010 edition. I backed up my apps, update my system operating, but since the re - install the new software, I get an error code: 6. I could not find the Master Collection download original CD, reinstall the software. I always have the serial number, but y at - it somewhere else, I can re - install the software?

When I try to install CS5 Master Collection for Mac...
When I try to install CS5 Master Collection for Mac, the program keeps asking to insert the disc Master Collection. This is the only disc for installation. The installation process will not continue even theough the right disc has been inserted. Any ideas?

I would like to install my cs5 master collection on my macbook pro, but it doesn't have a drive... instead, it's an air walk. Anyone know if there is a way to download these applications without the disc? I tried to contact customer service, but apparently adobe does not provide support for versions below customer CS6 (which is amazing to me). Thank you.

Install CS5 Master Collection with JEAN and Casper Suite

We bought Adobe CS5 Master Collection for Mac with a site license and I would use Casper due to distribute. We have downloaded the MasterCollection_CS5_LS1.dmg of our account, but Packager AAMEE the .dmg will not recognize as valid a Setup program. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to create a distribution for Casper? I read the 'Simplification Adobe CS5 Administration with the Casper Suite' guide and the guide version 2.0.242.0 of JOHN. Do I need to get a .pkg file to use with the creator of the AAMEE package?

Problem solved. Eventually, I realized that I had to extract/drag applications Adobe CS5 Master Collection since the .dmg downloaded into a folder. Then JOHN Packer program was able to recognize applications.

I recently got this new MacbookPro and I wanted to download install CS5 on the site of Adobe, but somehow, I now get the message that the install.app is damaged.
What can I do? I found some people saying that there is no solution, and we'll just have to wait for Apple to run fixes for old Adobe software...
It is ok. I got it

Try installing adobe CS5 but whenever I do a load error came. So I was reading and he told me to download adobe support advisor, so I did and this message came "cpsid 82829 s 5 missing installation file bootstrap error has occurred." I even tried to use the own and still no good. Any other ideas?

Try to copy all the contents of a DVD (s) to a folder unique "CS5" on your desktop (if you are prompted, allow replacement), and then run the installation from there.

Yesterday I bought a new iMac. Downloaded the CS5 Master Collection on the Adobe site, but install says that my serial number is not valid. I double checked with my products on my profile, and the number is correct. Says Adobe technical support it is a technical problem, but my serial number IS valid for CS5.

I tried the solutions mentioned in the above discussion, and I still cannot install one of the applications. I checked that my user account name contains any special characters; However, I have noticed a hidden default directory located in the users folder.

I have found a solution for all users of Windows 8: you can copy a previous installation (the Adobe program directory) to the same folder and try to run the applications. This works for Photoshop 64-bit. For other applications to work, I had to do the same thing, but for the Adobe Program Files (x 86) directory.
I tested to see if the Master Collection install on a new install of Windows 8, and I found that I still have the same error. The previous configuration worked because it was on a different machine with a different material. So, you can find the Master Collection will install on a machine but won't be on the other. In any case, if you get the above error, reinstalling will not fix it.

CS5 Master Collection crashes instantly.
I installed Adobe CS5 Master Collection. The installation ends very well, but then when I want to open any programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign all crash. I am able to get Illustrator and Photoshop working again by changing their records respective scriptsupport to .old, but InDesign doesn't seem to have that. I need InDesign to work. In addition, I can not install updates. They download and get to halfway through the installation and then they fail. I already uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works. I used the cleaner without any positive result. I also tried to download the standalone updates for each program, but those who do not help.

Adobe CS5 Master Collection: Digital Setup error

I recently bought an iMac (late 2015) running OS X El Capitan and wanted to install my already purchased Adobe CS5 Master Collection on this subject. The iMac doesn't have a CD drive, so I wanted to do this digitally. I downloaded the file DMG source here: Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products
Once I have finished downloading, I run the DMG file and it opens the installer. I double click on it and it opens a window with 4 files (3 files, 1 install file): deploy, install, package, payloads.
As I am not familiar with these files, I am aware that I need to run the file "install". When I do, I get the error message below.
'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the image.
'Install' is on the disk image

You can also copy the contents of the drive on your old computer to a USB stick and transfer that stick to your imac and install from this usb key.

CS 5 you can install it on the latest version of Mac OS, its not otherwise impossible except scenario very very rare. But the official response is this old version apps are not tested against the latest Mac or no support is available for CS 5 Adobe assistance now. But you can get help from staff, but also colleagues.
But it is confirmed that CS 2 versions cannot be installed because they are Power PC apps. Rosetta is not available for the latest version of Mac OS.
