  I tried dozens of times to install the latest updates of Windows 8 to my computer and nothing works. My computer refuses to install with the Windows automatic update. Whenever I try, I get a message that says no: 'No update available,' with a bar of green on the side, as if everything is OK.
  THEN, the Windows Update window updates and even once, I get a yellow shield, exclamation mark in the middle and a message that says I still have 38 updates important to install and 2 in option.

  Windows Update corruption errors prevent Windows to install updates and service packs.

  To resolve this problem, use Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) Inbox. Then, install the update or Windows service pack again.

  Hi Pravin,

  That's already what I wrote in the doc of training for the installation of XMLp of PT 8.49 on XP. You can try the following to see if the toolbar works in MS Word. (I guess the Version that you are using should be like a similar process as that I mentioned below)

  Try (This guide line, I wrote is for XMLp 8.49 PT, it should be similar you can try):

  1. first PIA connection and go to the following path: HOME-> tools-> XML Publisher Reporting-> Setup-> design assistance * +, then download the Template Designer local Client Tools on your laptop or PC.

  2. Once you have downloaded the plug-in for MS Word, unzip the package and install it to your MS Word application. Once you have installed successfully, you will see the menu add-in in your Word toolbar

  3. If you don't find the Add-in on your Word application toolbar, you can add it manually to supplement your Word. The model of generator file is under the following path if you installed successfully: C:\Program Files\Oracle\XML Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\TemplateBuilder.dot + *.

  Please try step 3 to manually add additional custom in the installed folder of XMLp. Or you can reduce the security of MS Word for Macro, Add-Ins, etc. If this does not work, there may be some problem with your installation, please increase to Oracle for more support.

  I'm new to CARS. I am currently patching my two 10g RAC node db. The fix has been applied to both nodes. I followed the instructions in the Readme file provided with the fix (CPUApr2009). He said that the CRS home need to be patched as well, but no instructions on how to do it, please help.

  If you need to apply a hotfix to the House of Sir you can simply enter > opatch apply - oh $ORA_CRS_HOME (or what you have as a variable for that).

  In order to obtain an inventory, you enter > opatch lsinventory - oh $ORA_CRS_HOME

  When there is a patch that requires it to be on the CRS_HOME, it will have the appropriate instructions, such as stop cluster, etc.. And I've seen most will have a CRS and DB portiion. I think the equivalent for patches of CPU for the DB HOME bundles of CRS for the CRS HOME.

  As stated in the notification message, you see this update because you probably have another component which released LabVIEW RT 2012 - NOR-RIO 12.0, WSN 1.4 or Fieldpoint 6.0.11.  It was to fix a specific problem in 2012 of LabVIEW, which hit the RT, so if you haven't installed LabVIEW 2012 then the patch will be neither harmful nor helpful to you; However, files of Framework Setup OR RIO, WSN and Fieldpoint for RT should be updated to be compatible with changes in LabVIEW (and so you probably installed component that has an update is available, even if 2012 LabVIEW itself is not installed).
