Most of the time, its a problem with the download was not successful or downloaded correctly. So, in this case, re-download the software and do not forget to compare the file size of the file downloaded with the file on the server.

I'm sorry to have a diffculity to install Adobe Master Collection CS6 on Windows 7. I see that you mentioned that your computer IS a 32-bit, while the Master Collection CS6 as indicated in the Tech Specs (see the link below for more details) requires 64-bit architecture.
For later use, it * IS * wise to double check on tech specs, similiarly - requirements before install us all types of applications.

Problems installing Adobe Master Collection DISK CS6
I have reproduced the contents of all 3 dvds on the backup hard drive, in case the DVD break.
However, when I run the installation dvd 1 from the hard disk, he finally said to insert the dvd 2 to continue installation, which I do it, but it does not work.

When you back up the contents of Adobe installation DVD so it is an expected to ask for disk 2 behavior.
There are 2 solutions to this problem I think: -.
(1) download the trial of the Master Collection CS6 in the link below and as back up, your serial number will work with him as well.

(2) with you, DVD set create an office installation point and then use it as the back upward and installation. It will not ask for disk 2 If you follow the steps correctly, as indicated below.

Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 stands on 2 CD installation
I bought the Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 (détail) and have a serial number valid. I started to install and saved online, but the installation never reached the end and error messages is not flat. I have checked the forums, support of messages and helps the CD and the files installation, but to no avail. The problem, in simple terms is the installation of stands after some time ask the second DVD (CS6 MstrColl 2), he doesn't seem to recognize it when I put it. Any suggestions?
I tried to check the files for error messages Setup logs, reinstall the program from CD and files copied to the local disk. I'm on Windows 7 Professional (french) on a 64 bit machine and have more than the minimum points for the rest of adobe (which I bought also in french).Orientation or advice would be much appreciated.

The fact that it requires an additional DVD would seem to indicate that your installation media may be damaged. I recommend you to download the trial of the Master Collection CS6 of http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=master_collection. Please make sure you choose the installation for the French files if it is the language you purchased.
