  Hi panatomek,

  To transfer the license from one pc to another how to proceed is to 'Disable' the license first of the older machine.

  To accomplish this, you must run one of the CS5.5 Suite software, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

  On the new machine, you can install CS5.5 and then use the serial number to 'Turn on' the software and it will complete the transfer of license.

• New user account does nothing to activate the installation of CS5

  One of our workstations editing cannot install Photoshop without major errors. We used the installation disk in the original user account, but also a new user account. Since I saw posts here about the bad disks sent from Adobe, we tried the trial for installation download and this attempt also failed in another 30 days user account. We received our software about a month ago and this user must be able to really use it. It installs and launches, but with major errors as shown in the screenshots accompanying:

  It would be useful to circumscribe the problem, if you could post the Installer log located at

  / Library/Logs/Adobe/installers

  Also you can check if the following files exist on your computer?

  1 /etc/mach_init_per_user.d/

  2 / library/LaunchDaemons

  If this isn't the case, then you may want to try to create these folders manually and then try the installation again.

• Installation of CS5.5 on Windows 10 everything is good BUT Acrobat

  All programs in my install installed no problem but on Acrobat, it fails. When I run the installer there is a message that a reboot of the machine is detected... it does not exist.

  I've updated Windows (and anything else I could find), repair Microsoft Visual C++ uses the Adobe cleaning tool, uninstalled all CS5.5 and started with a new download. Turned off the coast of all software viruses represented install.  I had 8 errors up to these 4 bore, any help would be great. The computer on which I installed is less than a week.  I use this program every day for work, and until I can run I'm stuck on my old computer which is almost dead!
