  I'll ask the question by an example.

  Lets say that I have installed Adobe Premiere version 8.

  Some time later, Adobe releases 8.1 update. And then to 8.2.

  Now I have two updates to install. Which one should I install? Can I install 8.2 package without installing 8.1? The most recent update includes all previous updates?

  Or I need to first install 8.1, 8.2, then?

  Is there anyone knows a clear answer for that?

  There are no prerequisites to install intermediate updates. More updates are cumulative and/or replace files of previous updates, in any case. If an update doesn't work this way, CC app not to offer it and automatically you will need to install the previous update.

  I want to put in place an internal test server update to Adobe on a MacBook Air running 10.8.4. Here's what I did:

  • I installed creative cloud package manager.
  • I checked the web server apache is running because "It works!" appears when I visit the localhost in the web browser.
  • I deleted all the files in the document root, which is Web server.
  • I have created a path to the document root called/Adobe/CC.
  • I copied the AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool to/usr/bin, so I don't have to type this tedious path during his appeal.
  • I ran the following command to configure the server to update from Adobe:
    • AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool - root = "/ Library/WebServer/Documents/Adobe/CC"-costs
