Installation of VM Player V 6.0 problem
I downloaded the free package VM Player for Windows, but it will install (Win 7 64-bit). I get an error during the shooting to the top of the file:-.exe
I ran the MD5 and SHA1 are control and the results are different from those published on the download page, indicating a corrupt image.
I downloaded several times and his colleagues have also tried with the same results. I also downloaded from a different site, all to nothing does not.
Also has anyone seen this problem? I logged a request for assistance with VMWare, but they weren't too useful.
Thanks in advance
I saw this happen with proxies in place. You can try to download the installation package from a system with a direct connection to the Internet?

I had to reinstall all my programs and data to a new disk, the old crashed. During the installation of Flash Player, I can't go any further than the password stage as he rejects. Again the username and password have been accepted without any problem to access Adobe.
Strangely the same problem occurs when I try to install and older version of Lightroom 4.
Can you help me?
Hello
It is the OS, not Flash drive, to ask for the password. Please refer to the FAQ what userid & password I need to install Flash Player? for assistance.

Registry during the installation of Flash Player problems
Hi, first, sorry for the spelling errors, I'm Argentinian . I write here because I have tried MANY ways and solutions to install Flash Player for IE, here a few facts:
I mainly use Google Chrome, which has the PC already installed, but I have a problem with the ActiveX control, I can install Flash player 11 for windows but not ActiveX... I read that it is a tool for IE, so I thought that I wouldn't be needing, but when I tried to run a program (game Ranger) he said I had need of ActiveX control and that I had not in my computer... So I started to search for solutions, etc etc, and ultimately abandon it because I just couldn't do it, but right now I did it again because I want to know if it's something important to have...
The problem during the installation is the following: it starts to download the Flash Player... then install it and when it is at 51%, it stops and a message appears saying: registry error. It's what happens when I try to install ActiveX, not Flash Player itself, because as I said above I can install...
All I want to know is if he remains the path to allow the installation of Flash Player change the values of registry... because I think that's the main problem... I think so. Thank you for reading.
Edit: I forgot to say my system information.OS: Windows 7 32-bit
FINALLY FOUND THE SOLUTION!
That's where I found it > http://forums.adobe.com/message/4086663#4086663
Finally, after 6 months, I installed ActiveX, thanks to this person than the fixed
in any case, I am grateful to you guys, I've been impressed with the speed that you have answered my question, thank you very much.

Will not play WMV video files
I'm having a problem to play wmv. video files. I have windows vista. I can play music in Windows Media Player, but can not play any video, that is sent to me by e-mail. WMP crashes and give a message saying that Windows Media Player has encountered a problem while playing the file. For any additional help, click Help on the Web. I click web help and receive nothing. The drivers are up to date. Why I can't play videos? Thank you
Hello Henry Michael,.
Please relay the e-mail program you use. You can also try to save the file directly on your local computer, and then check if the file is being read correctly. If there has been any recent codec package installation, you can also try to temporarily uninstall the codec package and then check out the question.
Thank you

Latest installer of Flash Player does not work
I made a new clean install of Windows XP with SP2.
Downloaded Mozilla Firefox 43.0.4
I can download the Flash Player here:
https://fpdownload.Macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/Help/install_flash_player.exe
File size is 18.1 MB.
However, when I try to install the Flash Player, the program installation downloads do not run when selected or when double clicked on to in the downloads folder.
Installation of the SP3 would solve this problem?
Hello
It is possible, that there is a certificate problem. XP SP2 does not support the latest cryptographic technology necessary to sign the binary installers. SP3 has this support. XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, and I do not know if you will be able to find an installation of SP3.

Download, installation of Flash Player in IE 11 and 10 Windows
Change the Message "Hello, I understand that Flash Player is included in Windows for Edge 10. But I downloaded, installed and still using Internet Explorer 11 because my applications do not run on board. Whenever I try to download Flash Player for IE 11 I get the message that Flash Player is included in Windows 10. So I am not allowed to download. ' in the installation of Flash Player

Flash Player is a component integrated IE and Edge on Win10. There is nothing separate to download or install. It is much more likely that you are viewing the HTML/Javascript content that does not work as expected when running in the context of EI and edge (i.e. doesn't JavaScript that uses the content provider to detect that Flash is installed directly in IE11).
First of all, check that the ActiveX filtering is configured to allow Flash content:
https://forums.Adobe.com/thread/867968
Internet Explorer 11 and edge have a number of changes both in the way the browser is identified with remote web servers, and how it treats JavaScript for behavior targets specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the provider of content changes their site to conform to the new approach to development required by the modern versions of IE.
You can try to work around these problems by using the compatibility view:
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Internet-Explorer/use-compatibility-view#IE=ie-11
If it's too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a better alternative.

VMware Tools missing in the Installation of VMware Player 7
Hi all
If I try to install/upgrade to update VMware Tools after the Installation of VMware Player 7 no ISO will be connected to the virtual machine.
I checked the directory of Installation of VMware Player for the ISOs of the tools but no ISOs are there.
Can you help me out of this Situation or is it a missing element in the installer?
Thank you
Michael
I just downloaded VMware-player - 7.0.0 - 2305329.exe and installed under Windows 7 x 64 and had no problems with it automatically detect installed VMware Tools to the guest operating system to be downloaded and successfully downloaded. Having said that, have you tried? : Player > file > Preferences... > download now all components
Maybe something is blocking you to download the VMware tools.
You could also do it manually by using the following tools from VMware for VMware Player 7.0.0.
- Tools-freebsd - 9.9.0.exe.tar
- Tools-linux - 9.9.0.exe.tar
- Tools-netware - 9.9.0.exe.tar
- Tools-solaris - 9.9.0.exe.tar
- Tools-winPre2k - 9.9.0.exe.tar
- tools-windows - 9.9.0.exe.tar
Unzip the file, then run the executable result and it will silently install the file without any indication that he actually did like this isn't really so planned how to do even if it works!

I cannot complete the installation of flash player
I've already started installation, and in the Middle out theres an installation error.
I closed all the applications from the application manager, and there is still no response.
Help
The help pages outlines common troubleshooting steps for the installation of Flash Player. For those who are unable to install by using the online installation programs (which I believe are used in the screenshots above) we also provide 'stand alone' versions of our installers to the bottom of the page. I suspect that these versions of stand alone will help if the troubleshooting steps are not.

Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close, heartbreaking.
Recently, while ripping the cd to Windows Media Player 11 on XP Service Pack 3, I'm frequently getting the message "Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close." It happens usually during the second or third disc. I then close and reopen and am immediately able to rip the CD. Sometimes the player will immediately be closed as soon as I click on "start rip." Any ideas?
The same thing happens if you rip to MP3 or WMA?
Post here the technical details of the accident. Go to Start- run , type eventvwr.msc , and then press ENTER.
In Event Viewer, access to the application log and look for an error in the list, there should be two entries for the last crash. Double-click on these two events and copy/paste their description in your post.
