The computer will not start upward unless I use the F8 option to get ahead of the Startup Options, and then select disable Driver Signature Enforcement.   Hey buddy the RAID driver can be found on the Toshiba driver page.
  Use this driver as part of the tool called nLite. You can create a new XP CD and could include the RAID driver using this free tool.

  I did this procedure several times and it still worked!

  USB3 drivers will only install the drivers for the 3 USB ports.

  You must install the amd chipset driver and restart the computer before installing other drivers.

  It is difficult to determine what you did, but the symptoms you describe can be eliminated by editing the boot.ini file (you can also make things really difficult if you make a mistake when you edit the boot.ini file, so be careful).  Will not be "flush out the Windows installation" of your system, but it will stop the menu from appearing at startup time.
