-Installing trial Adobe worm XI pro
If anyone can help? I tried deliting files, but there just all messed up. How can I remove the trial (which is running out of days anyway) and go back to my own earlier version only?
On what operating system is this? If Windows, use the Acrobat cleaner tool http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for helping me. I'm using Snow Leopard 10.8.2. I have Acrobat Pro installed 8.3. Interestingly, looking for the Acrobat Pro version I was running Acrobat Pro XI, so I assume that the installation went fine, but for some reason that I have this error during my two attempts to install. Problem solved then.
Thanks anyway.
Best,
JP

You are right that you should disable the software if you have already installed and enabled on both computers. Then, you will be able to put it on another computer. Depending on whether you purchased the software or use a subscription to creative cloud, here are the methods to use:

Installed Trial Version of Acrobat Pro XI, now the day 30 trial is over maintaining the pop-up box that appears and cannot get rid of it. I don't want to license or install the product - just stop the box pop up! Certainly a way to put people out of future trials of download.
Can a simple question, anyone help?
You have uninstalled the trial?

I just bought a new computer because my old computer with system problems. Therefore, I need to install my Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro on my new computer. I'm operating Mac OS X Yosemite. I insert the disk and drag items to the Applications folder, as software on Mac installations. I then double click on the Adobe Acrobat icon to install, he invites me to install the 2 options, I check both and click to install. I get my password Apple ID to make changes to my hard drive (for example, to install Adobe Acrobat) but then nothing happens.
I contact the customer support chat, they were of no help.
I've found a workaround. Happened to me 6 times until I got it... Try to reinstall, but this time "Uncheck" the two options, it gives you and click on continue. He finished the installation and works very well. I have not travelled in to try to turn the 2 options I deselected again. I think that the reason it has worked before with Yosemite is because I had updated the v9 whenever you are prompted to do so by adobe over the years. So when I deleted the program, native installation v9 of the disc had the advantage of updates and freezes. Hope this works for you.

I installed the trial version of Acrobat Pro DC, but it does not appear on the CC
I installed the trial version of Acrobat Pro DC and there is a message on the Home tab that Acrobat Pro DC is installed.
But on the applications tab, it says that no application is still installed. I saw that Acrobat Pro DC appeared on the applications tab, but it disappeared quickly.
I tried everything already. To uninstall all Adobe, deleting the file OPM.db etc.
