  I've done the integration of hyperion with EBS. Here are the basic steps I've done.

  1. install ERPI.

  2 - has given the Apps schema and initialized.

  3 - Select the general ledgers.

  4. define mappings according to EBS.

  5 create the rule.

  6 import data from BSE-> hyperion.

  My questions are,

  1 - How to achieve this in SAP?

  2 - steps are almost the same? or different?

  3. how the participation of functional person is necessary?

  4. how knowledge of SAP is necessary?

  5. how many types of cards is there for the integration of the EPRI-SAP?

  6 it is recommended by oracle?

  7 - What other ways I have move given sap in hyperion? can I use informatica?

  What is ERPI or FDMEE?

  (1) integration SAP is documented in the FDMEE Administrator's guide and the Guide of the adapter you can download from the site of bristlecone pines

  (2) integration SAP is completely different. It has different configuration of the side steps ODI. There are also some spots on the side AS creating a user for ODI (JCo connection)

  (3) the FDMEE-SAP adapter configuration is usually performed by a technician because it requires some knowledge of ODI. A functional person would act as soon as the adapter is configured so that it can configure FDMEE with respect to any other source

  (4) generally the core SAP team will configure SAP as required for integration and you don't need really SAP kwnoledge

  5) there are 6 predefined maps (documented in the Administrator's guide). That's FDMEE, to ERPI you will need to go to the latest patch for the 6 I guess

  (6) oracle cannot recommend an adapter because it depends on what you are going to integrate. If you want NEW GL balances, then use the NEWGL adapter.

  (7) Informatica does not hyperion support > = 11.1.2.3 I guess that if you would be able to use it, but you'll have to customize adapter for Hyperion, if you have the version 11.1.2.3 +. This can be done using APIs (for example: HFM API)

  If you are in the previous version you can use but I recommend not to use because it is not supported.

  Another option would be to use autonomous ODI that uses the same approach as adapter FDMEE-SAP from the technical point of view. In deed the SAP-FDMEE adapter uses the KMs ODI - SAP

  No, at this point, a SX20 cannot communicate directly with Lync.

  You will need a VCS running at least version X8.1 of the software.

  I had to submit the question to your experience and knowledge:

  We will integrate a control of VCS with OS X7.1 onboard with an EpressWay VCS with X7.0.1instead.

  Is it going to work or will we need to have corresponding versions of OS/FW?

  If the latter, is possible to downgrade VCS - C OS without the need to have a maintenance and support contract?

  Hello Andrea,

  In my opinion, it should work. Only thing you should take care of bugs that could be corrected in the version of x7.1.

  If you want to downgrade the VCS - c software to x7.0.1, you will be able to do as the key to unblocking would be same for the x version 7 software.

  in my opinion it would be better if you upgrade the operating system version on vcs-Highway to x7.1 as the key to unblocking would be same and just download the software from the site and cisco unity upgrade.

• Integration of SRM with SOAP plugin

  I tried to add a SRM server as a host of SOAP to orchestrator nothing helps. I use the 1.0.2 SOAP plugin. I followed the documentation, but maybe I'm missing an obvious step.

  When I try to add the host by using the following WSDL file it fails with the following error.

  If you're like me and upgraded your iMac that came with a cd/dvd drive internal... so he has to come out to give way to the fusion or the SSD drive, do NOT buy the apple superdrive.  It will work with your computer!

  Think I'll get a laptop samsung...

  Ironic, isn't it? Own Apple SuperDrive will not work with Apple computers. Shame you don't check here first that we would have warned you. Return Apple overpriced and buy a nice third-party player for a third of the price. I love the LG units. You can consider a loading plate because they are more reliable, and you can use these pesky disc when you get one.

• VCS with Mu - Law when the SIP media processing

  Hi guys, I have a very specific behavior.

  A customer has problems to integrate a VCS Starter Pack X7.2.1 with an Alcatel PBX with a SIP trunk.

  The problem is:

  This PBX is in Europe, so that it uses A - Law (they can´t change this).

  When a dial an extension using H323 as protocol endpoint, I can force the Protocol G711 A - law on the trunk SIP (generating SDP interworked), but when that point of termination (C20 runningn TC5.1.4) using SIP, the PBX Don t accept a p2p support. It must be mandated by the VCS.

  If force us the media through the VCS (by using encryption B2BUA or SIP Lock Mode), the codec negotiated btw VCS and endpoint to the title of this first step is G711 Mu - Law (PCMU) and the accepted PBX codec is PCMA, causing a shift and a loud noise in the call.

  No idea if we can force or configure VCS to use G711a as the Protocol when a SIP - SIP call with stream media through VCS?

  PS: I think that this isn't a problem in the United States, because they use the Mu - Law encoding.

  I am running a calculation script that breaks down after running for some time. I see that the problem comes from the entity dimension that has something of 4,000 members. My calc calculation script only a subset of this dimension.   I do see messages of any detail just the message log applications which ends with failure to rename the log file, exit below.

  This problem has been fixed in the latest update to animate CC.

  You can upgrade to animate CC 15.1.0.1.13 creative use of cloud App or via the Help menu > updates.

  Attach cameras Nikon and Leica using Lightroom CC 2015 and Lightroom (also noticed on other versions of Lightroom) 6 is not currently supported on El Capitan. Please see Lightroom and El Capitan | Mac OS 10.11.
