Intel graphics drivers

Then I looked around my graphic driver updates and I don't really know where to go.

The Intel Web site has NONE of the Mac (proof https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers) compatible graphics drivers, and is the Intel Windows drivers update utility only.

First question; If the Mac comes with so many Intel drivers, why does it seem like Intel does not give a shit about us?
Second question; How to upgrade my drivers?

Are equipped with all the necessary drivers for the graphics units Intel Mac Minis running OSX / integral with the OSX provided by Apple. No additional drivers/updates are available except an OSX update or update OSX

Guess it is to check a reg framework or also - anyone know how to make this work?

    Hey Buddy,

Before discussing these things there, you should put your model correct portable operating system.
In addition, you must send a description of the exact error on the problem or error message.

But of course you can install the drivers to display Intel directly, that's no problem. It will work.
I also installed new drivers Intel several times and don t have problems.

  • Aspire E5 - 511G: display driver intel graphics drivers hd for windows 8 (r) is no longer

    Hi all

    I bought my Aspire E5 - 511G a few days.

    I have successfully installed Windows 7 Professional (x 64).

I installed all the drivers downloaded form the support also section successfully.

The problem is that about every 5 ~ 10 minutes, I get the following message:

"display driver intel graphics drivers hd for windows 8 (r) stopped responding and has recovered".

This message itself is not a problem. The problem is that during Skype video calls after receiving this message, I see more or my own video and video of the callee.

Not only that, restart the call does not correct the problem.

The only solution is to restart Skype, but it does not work every time.

I had a similar problem with youtube videos, but I solved the problem by setting NVIDIA as graphics processor preferred for the browser application, but I have no option for Skype.

Can someone please? It is very very annoying.

    problem

Looks like that I managed to solve the problem.

Firstly, the link you provided was worng. The appropriate driver URL is https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24329&lang=eng

As you can see it is the same driver for windows 7/8/8.1-64-bit.

Second, when I download and install it I get a message that my driver is up to date already (actuall I had other issues but that's another story)

In a Word, to install it, I did the following:

1 downloaded the zip of the "win64_153330.zip" driver version

2 extract the zip file to a folder.

    3. in the windows Device Manager, I uninstalled the graphics driver intel existing HD. So my screen stopped working (which is expected).

4 restart the laptop, windows loaded with the default VGA driver.

    5. Device Manager open, the crux of the VGA, click right and choose driver update driver.

    6. in the Update Driver Wizard I chose the location of already extracted files (step 2).

7 installing the driver successfully passed and asked windows to restart.

Now, after the reboot, I have a Skype has appealed for about 20 minutes and did not get the pilot error.

Also played some videos youtube - new error now.

    Summary:

The current version of the driver (of work) is 10.18.10.3958

The version of the driver provided by Acer's 10.18.10.3621

I'll post an update a few days more later how things happen.

  • Last HD 3000 to Intel graphics driver

Hi guys! This has been a confusing issue for me for awhile! should I stick with the vga HP OEM driver or go with the latest Intel driver? because I noticed that Intel has released 2 drivers after the OEM driver! no way to play Battlefield 3 with driver OEM, but believe me, with the last driver Intel that it is possible, no lags at all! What are the differences between the custom driver and manufacturer?

    Hello:

Unless a software engineer for HP or Intel is a member of this forum, no one will be able to answer this question.

If the Intel driver works better for you, by all means use it.

The only thing is that if your laptop is under warranty and you have problems of software/OS, HP will not provide support with the installed graphics Intel generic driver.

They ask that you uninstall the Intel driver and install the graphics driver for HP Intel.

Many of us (where we), use the latest drivers for our PC from the manufacturer's Web sites. I think it's the best way to go - especially with wireless drivers.

You were lucky that the Intel graphics drivers work for your model. Sometimes, you get an error with a message indicating the use of the graphics drivers from the manufacturer.

With laptops with switchable graphics, users are forced to use only the drivers of pick up of the laptop and driver page.

So, if your directly to the driver Intel graphic is great to work for you and you don't see any problems, you'll be fine.

    Hello:

If the graphics are functioning normally there is nothing you can do.

Two tha AMD and Intel graphics drivers are really obsolete way now.

This is a custom made driver worked on Intel/AMD and HP, and unfortunately, they do not release too many updates to this kind of drivers.

    Hello:

You cannot update the Intel driver when you have switchable graphics.

Setup fails because if you manage to install the updated Intel HD driver then the switchable graphics do not work.

The pilot only you can and need to install is the latest driver for AMD graphics support page and the driver of your laptop.

You can see how old the graphics driver Intel we have on the DM4?

    Hello, @PP_Pang

I see that you are having problems with graphics and second display, you have been asked to update the Intel driver.

Unfortunately, the only driver available for Windows 7 is on the site of HP. I don't know when or if it will be updated.

If an update has occurred which caused the problem, you can try to use the HP Recovery Manager to restore to factory default drivers.

Aside from that, there is not much else that can be done right now. You can keep control of the site to see if a driver is provided or not.

Sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause.

When I tried to download the drivers from this support page although

It does not work! It says I do not meet the minimum requirements to install the intel driver (what is wrong because it is a computer hp laptop designed with this integrated graphics card intel) and when I installed the AMD driver, catalyst control center cannot detect even my Radeon graphics card for some reason any.

    Can someone help me?

I also tried to install an earlier version of the drivers as well just in case support page, but that didn't work. I know as my system is a 64-bit system and tried the 32 bit and 64 bit download driver to see if one of them would work. Without success.

    Hello:

The AMD graphics driver installs the drivers for the two GPUS.

Never try to install the stand-alone Intel graphics driver, or allow that HP/Windows update to install an updated the Intel graphics driver.

If we succeed to install the stand-alone Intel graphics driver, switchable graphics will no longer work.

It is the only driver that you need.

If you are a Linux live CD or usb, you can test this. Run the live Linux operating system to verify that the issue is not the video subsystem on the motherboard. If the results are the same with Linux, then then then sentence applies in the troubleshooting sequence.

Looks like the video chip is a failure. Your motherboard is faulty and must be replaced. is it an original HP or bought from another supplier?

I reinstalled entire windows by default with toshiba drivers but without success, the card did not work.
I uninstalled my laptop Nvidia drivers, so my graphics card is "Standard VGA graphics card".

I have Intel i5 - M430, so I tried to install the graphics driver intel HD only to get an error "does not meet the minimum requirements of the system.

Can someone help me with this problem please?

    Hello

Processor Intel Core i5 - 430 M (3 m Cache, 2.26 GHz) takes in charge the first-generation Intel HD graphics unit.
The driver could be downloaded from the Intel driver page and you will need to choose the right
    https://Downloadcenter.Intel.com/

Graphics-graphics drivers for laptop-Intel Core processors with Intel HD graphics card > >
Now you should get a list of the different drivers for different system.

Choose and download the latest driver for the system you are using.
    Note: choose the ZIP package.

Then uncompress the package somewhere on the HARD drive (I prefer the office). Then go to Device Manager and choose the graphics card (Standard VGA graphic card)
Now choose the driver installation and use the Advanced installation. This allows you to point to the driver package that you have unzipped on the desktop.

This installation procedure should work very well because he worked also in my case.
