  Hi all

  I modified a report query interactive to display additional columns, but when you select Reset the report the additional columns are not displayed. I know that I can select them via the menu actions, then ssave the report like the one by default, but I was wondering if there is anyway to "clean" the report parameters to show them all by default anyway.

  I use v 4.01.00.03 with no option to upgrade atm

  OK, so I found the table - wwv_flow_worksheet_rpts where you can directly update the REPORT_COLUMNS column to view the columns of your choice by default.

  I've created an interactive report.  I would like to run a PL/SQL based on a click of button available by registration type.  For example, the report includes ADDRESS and CLIENT_ID columns.  When the user clicks on the button in the document, using PL/SQL, I want to update/insert into another table with the details available in the present recording as above 2 mentioned columns.  How can I achieve this?  Help, please.

  Here's my problem: I created a table that contains a field COMMENT varchar2 (4000) and using APEX 4.1 I built an interactive report on it.
  
  Users can fill the COMMENT field with phrases on different lines, ex:
  "It is the first line.
  This is the second line
  
  It comes to the third line.
  
  This is handled correctly in the FORM, where I set the COMMENT as "Text area", but in the REPORT field, I wasn't able to put it in a way that allows to see whit transport returns: content is displayed on a single line only: "it's the first linethis is the second linethis is the third line.
  I tried and put all the possible field types, but I didn't find any ways to display the content exactly as it is (with some carriage returns).
  Of course, I can't use HTML
  Since I can't ask users to numbers it when their text is inserted.
  
  Could anyone suggest me how to get to this result? Need to use the interactive report because the search/filter tool is essential.

  We have a customization of forms on the FAXASSET form, based on the responsibility that disables updates when you navigate to Source lines.  The form generates messages "you can create folders here" without the customization.  Customization has solved the problem with the messages, but the messages to erupt again when users export the data to Excel.  How can we remove these messages when you export to Excel?

  It is not a supported way to change the display interactive report mode.  With the device connected by Anthony internally, we will consider adding this because part of apex_ir or a link to the future.

  Put the following text in the header HTML Setup page of instead:

  </style>
  

  This will remove the search box on all lists drop-down column but not the main search box. There seems not to be a way to css to hide the individual search fields, as the feature uses the same DIV object for all columns.

• How to hide text when you perform a mouseover?

  I'm quite new to Captivate, and I'm hoping to hide a text box when you perform a mouseover. The idea is that the text fades mousing over a certain amount, but I need the text background to disappear to function effectively.

  Captivate is an obvious LACK when it comes to mouseover events to trigger interactivity.  There is a new widget to HTML5 which will soon release that addresses this issue, but you will have to wait for her.  And as it's ONLY for HTML5, you can't use it with output SWF.

  If you use SWF, there is a handler for Infosemantics widget that allows you to trigger actions mouseover and mouseout/mouseouthandler().
