  Sorry if this question has already been answered elsewhere in the forums. I have 3 Captivate and have done several projects captivate importantly screenshots. I've created an animation .swf into Flash, which has exported and imported some excitement in my captivate project on screenshots (it's an arrow pointing to a program). I finished my captivate project, published and put online.
  
  When you view the project in Firefox 5.0, all right.
  
  When you view the project in Internet Explorer 7.0, all right, except that the arrows are not displayed. .Swf animations do not appear.
  
  I think I did all right - the fact that Firefox displays animations mean that the captivate project is not having trouble finding the .swfs.

  It's easy, you have the same Internet Explorer as I do. Left-click on the icon of lock washer, then select Internet Options. When the window opens, click the Advanced tab and then click Reset and then on ok. You are ready now.   Hi all

  When I turn on the notebook Windows XP starts up and everything is loaded. But after 5 or 10 minutes, the response is very slow. If I click on any window and try to open any folder, or open internet explore it takes about 1 or 2 minutes to respond. I tried several ways to scan disk and Defrag, but still that are of no use. I also tried 'Difficulty automatically File System Errors' and ' will search for and attempt recovery of bad sectors ", but this problem is still there. Even when I stop it takes too long to stop about 15 to 20 minutes.

  When I turn on again NEXT DAY Windows XP starts and everything loads quickly. After 5 or 10 minutes, the response is very slow. This problem occurs for a few days.

  I then used "IBM Rescue and Restore" to load fresh operating system. Still the problem does not get fixed.

  Can you get it someone please let me know if this is problem of hard disk or something else. I'm guessing it's related to the hard drive.

  If it is the drive hard problem how to save (clone) of this old hard drive AGAIN DISK (after buying) HARD.

  If I buy the NEW HARD DRIVE and CD/DVD of NEW OPERATING SYSTEM OEM VERSION it will work? Do existing mother board ALLOW to load a NEW VERSION of OS OEM?

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

• Windows XP - a problem to transfer big file from laptop on an external hard drive

  I have a problem to transfer large files (mail.pst - zipped file - 5Gbyte) of the laptop (Dell Latitude D630) on an external hard drive (WD 320 G - FAT 32) where each time, I got the message "there is not enough free space on the disk" although I did successfully drive clean on both sides and there is enough space on both sides (not less than 25 GB).

  Also, I did a checkdisk command and he succeeded, and I use Windows XP

  I did several tests to resolve and in the end, I found that I convert the format of external hard drive FAT 32 to NTFS, and then I could successfully transfer the file.

  I used the following commands:

  (1) command line then chkdsk to repair bad sectors

  (2) convert the command line to change the format to FAt 32 to NTFS

  Note: For Windows xp, "convert" command will not delete the files from the hard drive

• USB doesn't work is not on the external hard drive

  I have Vista Ultimate and here I noticed recently USB not working only not on the external hard drive. I tried to update the drivers and the system responds with the most recent driver already installed. Verified the USB ROOT property and shows nothing when it comes to th Ext. • Internet Explorer and uninstall problem

  I usually use IE v7, but for some reason, this week it just stop working. I tried to uninstall the existing program with the intent to download a new version.

  Question 1. When I went on the program installation/uninstallation and clicked on IE to uninstall, the uninstall did not show upward. The only place where I could see it was at the top of the screen. He disappeared when I clicked on the program, I wanted to uninstall.

  Question 2. I advanced and downloaded a new version and installed, thinking he could just replace the existing version on its own. I am unsure as to if this happened or not.

  So here is what is happening since. The first time I opened the program, it worked. I got a message type as a popup to Norton saying something about phising - I did what was suggested and IE open.

  Since then, however, when I try to open the program, it seems to get stuck and I have a white screen (at the top of the screen, however, shows that IE is "connect". I was bit lucky because I can hit the Refresh button or the Home icon and it will open. This process takes a lot of time, unfortunately.

  I would use Mozilla Firefox, but I give courses online and there is a printing problem with this program and the one I use. The two are familiar, but nothing is apparently done to remedy.

  Any suggestions?
