When I connect to internet, I am now unable to use photoshop on my main computer. It may be that I had photoshop on an old computer that I use is no longer, but I'm not sure. How can I get this sorting? Do I know if I have an activated copy on an old computer (which has been scrapped) and get it off?

  If you had Photoshop working already on the machine, then it probably isn't a problem of activation.

  If you do not have to Support Adobe disable to you it must be done for all installations since each machine cannot be targeted by them.

  You should not have a permanent internet connection.  You should only be connected when the software must check whether the subscription is still valid.

  By said, Photoshop is a subscription service now, a little like Netflix or Amazon premium. It is true that you never own anything, but you have not before you were only allowed to use the program. The big plus at least in my opinion is the cost to the end user. For £8.95 the per month, you get a program that has been £800 retail before and you will never pay for an update, which worked at 140 pounds sterling every eighteen months before. They use the term cloud in the same way that Microsoft uses .net, that makes it sound as if its some sort of Interactive Server based technology, which, in both cases, this is not the case. Those who market actually just words designed to sound with it. With Photoshop and creative Cloud applications, it must be online only once every 30 days so that your version can be validated as valid. You've probably seen the same thing with Windows validation itself to try to prevent piracy. The full program is located on your computer - it is not downloaded every time that you open a session and if you want, you can go without an internet connection, as long that connect once a month, or it will stop working. There are features if you choose to be online, such as the possibility of using the cloud for your files and photos stocks storage if you want that. • I've recently upgraded to El Capitan of Lion.  My iPhoto library is also transformed into Photos.  In iPhoto, I used Photoshop as my editor in Chief of "standard / default.  I can't do that to work with Photos, all I can't get is the photo editor.

  I've recently updated to Lion at El Capitan and my library of more than 40 000 iPhoto was also improved (?) photo.  He ran all night.  I used Photoshop as my editor of "standard/default" in iPhoto, but now I can't seem to appear in the photo is the photo editor, which is not enough for my purposes.  I have found a workaround that requires images to export], edited and then re-imported to the Photos, but I lose all the original images.  Can I have Photoshop become my default editor for Photos, as if it was in iPhoto?

  3rd party editing application must be updated to work with the new structure of the El Capitan and Photos before they will be able to work seamlessly with Photos.

  In the meantime we must export the original file in the office using the menu option file ➙ export Original unmodified for 1 Photo and edit the file there.

  I got a new Pro 9.7 "iPad yesterday.

  Work on old projects works end up until I try to create a new project or add a new image.

  Whenever I wan't to create a new project or add a new image by selecting + the two apps,mixture of Photoshop and Fix, breaks down (always send the report).

  -J' uses iOS 9.3.1

  -everything is updated / delete / re-installed

  -J' checked access to the Photoshop Mix and fix it to the photo/film for iPad

  -even created another test account

  nothing has worked so far.

  With your help, I found the solution. In the camera to the iPad, I found an old folder without a name (with the name "null"). After deleting it, everything worked without any problems.

  First open the bridge. Minijonction requires it. If the opening bridge or minijonction is a problem consider resetting Bridge preferences.
