  I have windows 8 pro installed on my pc.

  Unfortunately, I had to reinstall using the disk due to various problems of material with my laptop.

  The first two times, my key was accepted; However this time the key now says it is not valid. I know that politics is a copy of windows by a pc. It's always the same PC. Is it possible that I can call Microsoft and explain this to them?

• Invalid product key (Windows Vista Home Premium operating system)

  My windows vista installation is not valid.  This is the version of windows that came with the computer, and before 2 days ago, it worked very well.  At the same time, I got the ave.exe virus...   This virus behaves like a fake anti-virus program that reopens whenever you try to open any .exe file.  Microsoft said that I need to contact the manufacturer, and I can't find a way to contact Hp, other than this support forum.

  One of the things that strongly upset us. Microsoft do not allow downloading of Windows 8/8.1 OEM license.

  You must call Dell to buy a DVD of reinstalling Windows 8.1 technical and Support clean install after changing the SATA operation (the 32 GB SSD should be a cache drive).

  I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Z60t and I would like to install Windows XP Professional.

  On the underside of the laptop there is a serial number Windows XP Prof. devalued, which apparently is not compatible with the Windows XP Professional from my desktop CD.

  When I type in the serial number of the laptop, it pops up a message that the key is not valid.

  My grown up google searches that I can't install from a 'normal' CD of Windows XP by using the my laptop OEM key (even if I try on my laptop). Then what should I do now? I have an official CD, a key official, but I'm not able to install Windows.

  How should I proceed now?

  I reinstall Windows XP on my computer. I used exactly the same media that came with the computer. But when, Activation by internet, I got the error message 45090 indicating invalid product key. I have check the product key and enter it again, but the problem still persists.

  I tried via the phone (number 1-88) by entering the long number (Installation id) and it tells me that it is a number of invalid product or something like that.

  I am upgrading to Windows XP.  I have a MacBook Pro with Parallels Desktop 5 installed.  I have this computer configuration with two users and that you have successfully installed Windows 7 Home Premium (retail version 3 critical lic) to the user.  When I tried to install Windows 7 via Parallels on the second user I came across the answer file contains an invalid product key.

• Windows 7 reinstall "invalid product key".

  I recently started a computer fixing for someone, they got three Dell Optiplex 755 desktop computers, and I got a few pieces of each of them (hard drive, processor, ram cards). I got the computer to boot, but since it's so old and I don't know what is the file system and it is a bit slow, I tried to reinstall Windows. I have the disc to install Windows 7 Professional x 64 and went to control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Recovery\Advanced recovery methods then clicked Reinstall windows. It restarts with the disc and went to the screen configuration, but then stopped and said that you can not install Windows because it has an invalid product key. Don't know why it does, but when I got to do start back when I also got to put in it, it says that Windows needs to be reactivated because of hardware changes, so in PowerShell, I typed in [slmgr-ato]. It worked, and after a reboot the lower right corner of the Office had more "Is not a genuine copy of Windows" on this subject, so I guess it worked. Can someone help me?

  Do not confuse letter B with the number 8, letter O with a Q

  Check the side of your PC case or at the bottom of the laptop for the
  Key OEM code. If there is a sticker with the code, it will probably not
  corresponds to what is displayed by the utilities mentioned above as OEM such as
  Dell use an internal key code when they build your PC.

  The key on the sticker code should be used with your Windows CD
  (who came if everything goes well with your PC) If you need to reinstall Windows.
