Invoke the qml camera card

Is it possible to invoke the pure qml camera card?

I saw how in c ++, but prefer to keep in qml. Seems not work although

For reference, see

https://developer.BlackBerry.com/Cascades/documentation/device_platform/invocation/camera.html

Invocation {
   id: cameraInvocation
   query: InvokeQuery {
          invokeTargetId: "sys.camera.card"
          invokeActionId: "bb.action.CAPTURE"
   }
}

I try to trigger it with

cameraInvocation.trigger("bb.action.CAPTURE");

In the console, I get:

Warning: 16:42:14.882 InvocationPrivate::setQuery: you are not allowed to change InvokeQuery object Warning: 16:42:16.941 InvocationPrivate::onQueryResolved: query failed, no armed signal sent.

It looks like the good feature of ae request

    Hello

    Unfortunately, you are a known problem for which a fix is on the way. In the meantime, you should use the InvokeManager API from C++.

  • format or initialize the new camera card

    It should be pretty simple, and I'm sorry to ask, but...

    I'm trying to import pictures from a new card in the camera, and Mac Book cannot read the card and ask to initialize it. How can I do?

    Thank you.

    Marco.

    are there pictures on what you need? If yes then you have to get down them

    Once the card has wished nothing on this subject the camera format command allows to erase and reformat the card

  • Invoke the timer in QML

    Hello

    I have a problem with the invocation of application kernel clock in QML.

    This is my code:

            ActionItem {
                title: "Set Timer"
                imageSource: "asset:///images/Timer.png"

                            invokeTargetId: "bb.clock.launcher"
                            mimeType: "text/plain"
                            data: "timerTab"
                        }

                    }
                ]
            }

    This is what I get in the console:

    InvocationWrapper:nQueryFinished: no matching results for query service Menu
    mimeType = "text/plain".
    URI = QUrl("")
    Data = "timerTab".
    metadata = QMap()
    perimeter = 0
    action = «»
    target = "bb.clock.launcher".
    invokerIncluded = false

    I forgot set some sort of clearance or to include the library?

    It's page with the attributes required to invoke the clock app

    https://developer.BlackBerry.com/native/documentation/Cascades/device_platform/invocation/clock.html

    I use 10.1.0.4633 SDK

    Unfortunately, this could be yet another case where the supply of the property 'data' on an InvokeQuery in QML does not work. There are other threads where the same situation arises with invoking the composer of the email and phone dialer.

    The only solution that I came up with so far is to use C++ for that. See Shadid post here for an example to do for e-mail (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Native-Development/Invoke-Email-with-Attachment/m-p/2251453#M...

    Note the use of PpsObject::encode (), which may be a necessary part of the puzzle, but with a simple string required for data in this case (for example, "timerTab"), which may be required. It is not clear and basically undocumented. They were never really intended to expose all PPS stuff to us, so these cases may all the places where the APIs are insufficient and different hacks are needed to overcome gaps.  (Note that all the calls done encode() is to convert the string to a byte array and preprending ' data : json: "for it and maybe add a line break at the end (which is required at least in the case of e-mail).)

  • Lightning to a resolution of the camera the incompatible SD card reader image

    I use the lightning to drive camera SD card with my iPhone 6 more (iOS 9.3.5) and MacBook Pro running Photos:

    Version 1.5 (370.42.0)

    Digital camera RAW 6.20 (856)

    Digital Camera Support RAW 6200 (233)

    Import RAW files from my Olympus EM10 on my iPhone, and then when I discovered the images in the Photos on my Mac I see incompatible resolution information.

    These are two consecutive images taken with identical settings...

    Drag the two images of Photos on my desktop (export in JPEG) then they have the correct resolution information...

    Also interesting. If I import these pictures directly on my Mac via the built in card reader, I do not see this problem.

    OK - when you import on an IOS device (the exact details are better ask in the forum iPad since it does not involve the Mac or Photos for the Mac somehow - it's strictly an IOS feature) in certain circumstances the maximum resolution is 2400 x 3200

    Your best solution is to import directly to your Mac

  • This program automatically rises when the camera card inserted

    at the same time, I had this program. It would allow a certain number of things. Now I don't have and I don't remember the name of the program. It would come as soon as the camera card has been inserted.

    The program was Windows File Explorer. Please note that this issue is really to do with Firefox, so it is not the right forum to ask this question, although I'm happy to help you. To find this program, search file Explorer in the start menu.

  • Transfer pictures to the computer, back to the camera card

    I would like to transfer photos, Windows Photo Gallery, or my folder of images, from my computer, on a camera

    card.  I am currently operating with Vista.  Is this possible?  If so, how?

    Hello BrendaKS,

    Your camera has an SD card or you store the pictures in your camera memory?

    If the device has a SD memory card then you must place this memory card into the reader on your PC. All you then need to do is to copy the photos you want to transfer to your camera and then paste them into the SD memory card.

    If your device does not have a SD memory card then you will use the cameras memory to contain the new photos. This will reduce the amount of memory that you have to take new photos and eventually, you run out of memory and you will need to copy the photos to another storage device.

    If you use just the computers memory, then the camera should have a USB lead that attaches one end to the camera and the other end to the USB port on your PC to enable you to transfer data between the two.

    However, I am assuming that your PC has a SD memory card that stores the admissions.

  • BlackBerry smartphones, how can I transfer photos from the map SD card in my Panasonic camera in my Blackberry "BOLD"?

    I will visit China this summer to see the solar eclipse on July 22, take pictures with a Pansonic Lumix camera. It uses a standard SD memory card.

    I want to transfer pictures to my Blackberry 9000 "BOLD", so I can then upload them on a blog. I won't have a computer with me. Is it possible to get a SD card reader which can connect to the USB in the Blackberry and transfer files directly in the Blackberry?

    If not, is there a bluetooth solution?

    Note that I tried to take the microphone out of my Blackberry SDHD card, put in an adapter and insert this in my Panasonic camera, hoping that I could store my photos directly on the micro SDHD card. It does not work. The camera is complaining with a memory card error (probably due to incompatibility between the standard SD and SDHD, I guess).

    Any ideas?

    Forget the above post, I just had a cup of coffee and then realized:

    1. I think the Blackberry "BOLD" can use ordinary micro sd (and not sdhc) cards.  They come in 1 GB and 2 GB sizes with adapters for $ 5 to $ 10.

    2 use a regular mic with its adapter sd card in your camera.  When you want to send photos, take the adapter to the camera, take the micro sd adapter and pop card in your phone.

  • Why my lightroom does not find my file unless my camera card is in the card reader

    I imported the photos from my camera card and created a collection.  I then remove my the USB card reader.  When I try to edit photos in lightroom, it says "file is not found."  It is the folder if I set my camera card in.  It seems that my collections are stored on the card in my camera (is this possible?), but I don't know how this could happen or how to fix it. Help?

    HI Robert,.

    It seems that when you imported the images from the card you added in the catalog instead of making a copy. in the window at the top import, we have the option 'copy as dng', 'copy' , 'move', 'Add '.

    choose copy, and then on the right, we will get the destination Panel. in which we can choose the destination in which we have to copy the images from the card.

    Thank you
