Iomega ix4-200 d upgrade to latest version of the firmware

I recently got this unit and want to update to the latest version of the firmware but I get an error message stating that "this update applies only to version 2.1.31 and more.»

Try to upgrade to version 2.1.42.18967 - I think that it is the most recent?

Current version of the firmware is 2.1.25.229

It seems that I might have to upgrade to version 2.1.3 first and then proceed to the latest version.

Can someone please help?

Thank you

Hi Danp_Vic,

If your StorCenter ix4 - 200 d runs a version lower than 2.1.31, you need to update using the ix4-200 d-ix4-200 d - 2.1.38.22294.tgz before the update to 2.1.42.18967.
