  Hi, I've looked everywhere and even phoned Apple customer service to try to solve this problem, but have failed.

  I can't receive SOME Android user texts but other ADCs. If it was all Android users it would be understandable, but just next to some really gets to me.

  You may have been signed off iMessage on your Macbook Air for some reason any. To check, open messages on your Macbook Air, click Messages at the top of the screen, then click on Preferences, tap accounts, click iMessage and login if you are not yet connected. However when I tried to save my numbers of contacts with the country code, when I recievce calls, they come there in the form of numbers and not the name of the person/people.

  I just saved my 2This contact numbers. Since I was the opiton to save more than one number, I save the number with and witoout the prefix of the country. so now, I can see touch when I get SMS and calls.

  MMS (what is "picture messaging") depends on your device having a good plan your provider BIS. BIS requires the reception on your device, Service books your provider. The ability to offer books to your device depends on your device is compatible with your network of carriers.

  So, with all this, I recommend that you re - contact TMO for you sure you meet all of these criteria... only they can tell you if your specific device model is even compatible with their network of data and more if they have configured a package of sufficient data to enable the MMS for you.
