iPhone 6 do not follow-up activity

I set up the activity of my Apple Watch app, providing to my height, weight, age, calorie goals, etc.  It seems to follow everything fine on the watch, record my steps, the exercise and calories burned without problem.

However, when I go on the implementation of the activity on my iPhone 6s, with which the Watch has been matched since the beginning, I show the initial configuration screen that tells me:

To start using the application on your iPhone, first put in place activity on your Apple Watch.

Of course, I already did.  I'm getting the updates of the activity and the weekly summaries on the watch, but I can't do anything about it is related to the activity on the phone.  I tried to reset the watch entirely and have had no luck.  At this point, I am considering wiping the phone and start all over again, although I would like to avoid this, if possible.

Is there something that I am missing?

Hello

First of all, try the following steps:

On your iPhone close applications open (including the app shows): double - press the Home button, and then drag upward on each of the app previews to close.

If it does not immediately help, then disable the pairing and re - associate your watch:

-First test of the watch (backup restore) restore when provided the opportunity during the entire upward (most of the data and settings will be restored, with a few exceptions - for example cards Pay Apple, access code). If this does not work, repeat the process, but try to set your watch to the top as a new watch.

You can activate it without a SIM card. If it is locked, it takes a SIM card by the carrier, for it is locked. The SIM card should not be linked to an active line of service, but it must be present to activate it.

  • Why the heart activity is not followed?

The heart activity is says that I have not been active enough today. Problem is, I rode a bike uphill today... at least 30 minutes. Same thing happened when I went for a ride for an hour yesterday. I felt active... why he did not follow my heart rate? It seems to keep track of my foot... I can't pull data or reports that allow me to watch my heart rate per hour or anything like that, either, so I don't know what is happening

  • iPhone 6 asked randomly for the activation of the phone

    Hello

Last night my phone had no problems or issues. Then after no use for an hour (it was connected to my wifi at home, Verizon service fine and usually 2-3 bars in my house), I came back to it, and the activation screen has increased as when you first get the phone. I have attached a photo are NOT screenshots of my phone, but I could see, exactly: the notification on the screen, the research and the apple ID connect. I then immediately hard reset the phone, but when I turned it back on, it was always the same. I went through the steps but ignored the iCloud sign in.

    I'm on the iPhone 6

    Running iOS 9.2.1

Everyone knows about this problem? What I find on this forum said that this was happening in iOS 8.4, but not of 9.2. Other discussions also noted the brickwork of old phones/iPads with the new 9.3, but again not applicable to me.

Last thing I wanted to mention is that I use Twitter via Safari browser only and only read... I have no followers, do not like tweets, do not follow a lot of people and don't tweet. This morning, I was getting an error about exceeding usage (image attached is my screenshot) and who need to register for my phone. My account is not locked out another user, my account has not been hacked and don't watch suspicious any activity.

At my phone has been hacked? Or are these two things happening consecutively just a coincidence? I care on Twitter and do not want info on this subject here, I just thought maybe it's a bad Sin given this random activation request that happened.

    Thanks for the help.

Have you updated to 9.3.1 again? If this is not the case, try to update via iTunes to see if it solves the problem of Activation required. If this isn't the case, you may need to use Recovery Mode.

I suspect that the Twitter screenshot is a phishing attempt and I recommend not not by clicking on the link, and especially not to provide any personal information. iPhones can not be hacked (unless they are jailbroken, and I doubt that you have done this). However, you can get the malicious texts and Safari pop ups trying to hook info the user. Wouldn't hurt to do the following:

Reset Safari. Close Safari completely from the multitasking window by double clicking the Home button and slide up the preview pane of Safari until it disappears from the display. You may need to search the Safari part covering scribbles to the left. Then go to settings > Safari > clear the history and data from the Web site. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears.

SIM card in iphone 5s does not

Have you ever tried troubleshooting mentioned in this article?

If you see an alert that says "Invalid SIM" or "No SIM not installed", follow these steps.

    1. Make sure you have an active plan with your carrier.
    2. Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
    3. Turn on airplane mode and then back off.
    4. Restart your iPhone.
    5. Go to settings > general > about and look for an update to the carrier settings.
    6. Remove your SIM card of the SIM card tray and then return the SIM card. Make sure that the SIM tray is closed and that it is not loose. If you use a SIM media from a different model iPhone or another phone manufacturer, it might not fit correctly.
    7. Try to use a different SIM card. If you do not have one, go to the store of retail of your operator and ask them to test it with another SIM card. You may need to replace your SIM card.

  • Apple Watch records do not move the activity of runkeeper

When I use runkeeper on my watch the ring activity does not suddenly Calories. He recorded after I run and it shows in the application of health, but the rings lose calories at the end of the end of the day. Example - it will display 800 calories of movement during the day, but then the next morning that those running seems to have deleted the passage ring summary and it will only show 450. Doesn't happen if I use the app in the Apple business. I have also contacted Runkeeper.

I, also, had this problem. I also contacted Runkeeper support and they feel that it is an Apple / activity app issue.

    A few questions for you:

-When you use Runkeeper, you bring your iPhone along? If so, open the iPhone app and keep it open during start/stop/record of the activity of your watch?

-Have you had any problems with the Runkeeper iPhone app follows the activity that has not been counted? Such as the blue bar at the top of the screen saying RK always uses your location well once you have recorded the activity of the watch? (Or having the blue bar appear even if the RK iPhone app isn't open yet)

-L' iPhone app has no record your activity (in follow-up activities) Although later - as the next day?

    Side note:

I don't know what the appropriate measures are not yet using Runkeeper with iPhone and Apple Watch more. I don't know if I'm supposed to open in addition to the watch app iPhone app? I don't know if I'm supposed to record activity in both places? I asked RK to publish a manual suitable for the use of RK with the Apple Watch, but they ignored me little about right - pointing me to a useless guide on RK support forums.

  • iPhone WiFi hotspot not always recognized

Sometimes, my MacBook Air recognizes my iPhone as a hotspot 5SE, sometimes he recognizes it, then rejects it, and sometimes it doesn't recognize at all.

It seems that I have to toggle the settings > cellular > Personal Hotspot several times before I can get my MacBook Air (10.10.5) to recognize my iPhone, keep the connection.

    Hello Mel Magree,.
Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

  • IPhone 6 does not display the caller of time during the call

Hi, when I get a call or call someone, my Iphone displays the call only. How can I change to decide the call times?

    Hello ghtung,

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know that seeing not only the timer for the duration of the phone call on your iPhone, it's not what you expect. Because this is not the expected behavior of the iPhone software, I recommend the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve this problem:

First, restart the device as the closing down and starting process is important to keep the iOS software works correctly. Then test again the question:

Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

If you are still missing the call timer after reboot, your next step would be to make a backup of your personal data and then reset the setting on your iPhone. Now, don't worry, this will not affect your content. All your contacts, photos, music and other stuff are all safe. What it will do is give your custom to the factory default settings. Background, images, sounds, fingerprints and stuff like that will be set up again. Then test the issue again.

  • iPhone 6 will not register in iTunes

My iphone 6 will not enroll in itunes. No doubt connects with the PC (Dell Inspiron 23 model 5348).  Think that there is problem with the Apple driver. Can anyone help?

If your iOS device does not appear in iTunes, try the following:

    1. Open Control Panel > Device Manager
    2. Plug in your device
    3. Locate Bus USB Controllers > Apple Mobile Device USB Driver.
It is also possible that the device may appear under imaging devices, portable devices or other devices or as a device USB of MTB.
    4. Right-click and select software update of the driver...
    5. Click Browse my computer for driver software
    6. Go to C:\Program Files\Common Apple Mobile Device Support\Drivers or
      C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
    7. Click on let me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer
    8. Click on Apple Mobile Device USB Driver
    9. Click Next, then close and exit the Device Manager

To step 3 above, open the Device Manager. Expand one of the articles that are listed.

    • USB Bus controllers
    • Imaging devices
    • Portable devices
    • Other devices

Plug in the appliance. You should hear the telltale Windows sound device connection and a Division must acquire a new entry. This should be your device. It cannot be labelled properly at this point. If you do not hear a suspicious noise cable damaged.

Or try If iTunes does not your iPad, iPhone or iPod - Apple Support Apple version of the above opinion.

If not try a complete tear down and rebuild iTunes in accordance with the resolution of the problems with iTunes for Windows updates. 64-bit users might also try the build replacing iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for older video cards) which is sometimes a useful workaround.

Or try to go back to the last version of iTunes that has worked for you. See the programs installation of iTunes to download links. If you're back 12.4.0.119 to 12.3.3.17 or 12.3.2.35, for example, then you will also need to restore the database of the library using the method described in the empty/corrupted after upgrade/crash iTunes library. The tip makes suggestions to reintroduce recent purchases, so at worst, you lose a few meters or a newly created playlist.

  • My new iPhone IS will not charge!

I had just got a new iPhone SE (64 GB of storage) active, and last week it Thursday, May 26.  It took some time to activate and I had to restore, but it seems to have done.

Well, just tonight, I had plugged into the wall with the new Lightning cord and adapter to the wall outlet and set it to recharge.  I heard it chime repeatedly, as if he were looking for power, and he leaves.  I looked upward with sockets replacing in the apartment, and it will not load up.  Try turning tap of the lightning cable and reinsert it with the phone, no charge.  I went with the old USB adapter from my old iPhone 4s, and it does not always load.  Tried to fix via the USB port on my Windows laptop and got nothing.  He has not even appear on my computer as a data device.

    What's wrong?! I just got!

Cale, guys.  I just came down for a chat with a technical support session, turned the phone off and reconnected everything.  It now charges.  Austin, the fellow of tech support, said he had a power with an application cycle making Eric up or something.  I always keep my eyes on it in the meantime, however.

  • Bluetooth on iPhone 5s does not

I am unable to link via Bluetooth my iPhone 5s (iOS 9.2.1) with my iMac (OS 10.11.3) (including links very well with the mouse, the keyboard and the trackpad). Following the instructions in other posts on this forum, I went into settings > general > reset > reset network settings on my iPhone and reset.  After the reset, I am still unable to connect via Bluetooth to my iMac.  The iMac says: 'Now discoverable' and said iPhone: 'Now discoverable', the iPhone will appear in the list of devices in the Bluetooth menu on the iMac, but under the iPhone is "not connected".  After trying to connect because I get an error message "Connection failed."  I restarted the iPhone and iMac and I tried again.  Same results.

I appreciate any advice or guidance to correct this problem.

    Thank you

    Carl

An iPhone will pair not via Bluetooth to a computer (Mac or Windows) with the exception of hotspot and then only if your cell phone plan he supports. See below for more information. https://discussions.Apple.com/docs/doc-7722

If you try to use the procedure of transfer/continuity or AirDrop, which does not have Bluetooth but devices don't are NOT matched. Bluetooth must be just on and the devices within range of the other. The following may help in problems of transfer/continuity: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204678
