  The size can make a difference.  If it is 4 GB or more, it is a
  SDHC card and your card reader can only read SD and SDHC cards not
  cards.

  No, because if you bought a new iPhone, then you need a SIM card to activate it before you can use the wifi applications.

  This is a phone after all, you don't need a sim card any to be able to activate it.

  P.S by loosening the screws not fixed my problem by clicking on... I just can I have loosened them too and I went only to 1/4 turn... Decline of the Sim Card facing downwards by a 1/8... fixed .all works fine now
