iPhone not backup to iCloud

My 6s iPhone and iPad are not backup in iCloud. I think that I put everything properly in devices and the iMac, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I have a lot of space iCloud. I have IOS and OS X

Thank you

Carl

The 'automatic' to iCloud backup occurs normally in the night - only if the product is connected to a power source AND offers free Wi - Fi.  You can perform a manual backup to iCloud?

My iPhone is not backup, despite the option is on. He used to work very well with my iPhone 6 and Macboo pro. Now when I get the pictures on my laptop I don't see the new photos.

Please check that your device is correctly connected to the wireless internet (settings > wifi) and is plugged into a power source, check also that you have enough space in iCloud for your back upward.

You can check the space available in settings > iCloud > storage and the space needed for the next backup to the settings > iCloud > storage > Storage manage > backups > appliance > Back Up Options > next backup size (wait for the spinning until the gear icon).

Assuming that you are eligible for iCloud upward, you should try a forced first stop, hold down the buttons side in top and home together until the unit stops, then restart by pressing the side/up button.

Then, try to connect the device to a new location (different WiFi network)

If your backup continues to fail, you can try to disable the backup on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > backup), reboot the device and then turn on BackUp on new.

If this help not disable backup again, remove your existing back to the top of settings > iCloud > storage > Storage manage > backup > this device (scroll down) > delete backup, restart the device and then turn on BackUp.

If you are unable to make a return to the top, try to connect on iCloud (settings > iCloud (scroll down) > Sign Out (you will need to enter your password at this point), restart the device and sign in iCloud to settings > iCloud.)

The next thing to try would be to restore your network settings. (Settings > general > reset > reset network settings)

Reset your network settings will erase your cell phones and wireless network settings, including saved networks, passwords for wifi and VPN settings, that you can use. It will affect to the Internet but will not be an impact on telephone services because these settings are automatically configured by your carrier. It may take a few moments to enter again all your network settings, but it shouldn't cause you any major problems. If you are comfortable re - enter your network settings, you can try this step earlier in the troubleshooting procedure, i.e. after the forced shutdown suggested above.

If this does not help, try to disable some elements for the back upward in a model to try to establish if your problem is caused by specific data on your device. You can do with settings > iCloud > storage > storage management > backup > appliance > Back Up Options.

If you are still not able to perform a backup from iCloud, you can try to restore your phone which you should do by making an iTunes backup via your computer and restore from that.

Be able to go back to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you have access to a computer or rarely have access to one, however unless you need specifically to use iCloud to go back, you'll find a backup on iTunes much more convenient and possibly more reliable. However if you save up to iTunes be sure to encrypt the back upward if you want to keep your data on health and passwords etc.

  • How can I move iPhone Notes back to iCloud?

I use IOS9.2.1 on my iPhone more than 6 s, and I have all my NOTES moved to iCloud for my iPhone to eliminate the need for an internet connection during a trip to France. I would now like to return my notes to iCloud so they synchronize with my iPad, but I can't figure out how. It was very easy to pass notes to iCloud to my phone, I just opened my iCloud NOtes > Edit > move all the iPhone. Unfortunately, now that my Notes are all on my iPhone, it seems not be optioned back to iCloud. I tried to reverse the process by opening Notes on my phone, but when I select Edit, move all, it does not give me the option to move to the cloud. It has only an option to move them to a new folder. Any suggestions?

  • My 6s will not backup iCloud or my computer

My iPhone 6s has not been properly synchronized since July 12.  I connected to the power and wifi connected every night.  Today I hooked it up the the computer and 3 different times, he would start through synchronization, and after a few minutes, I get the following message "iTunes could not saved"xx 6 s"iPhone because iPhone is disconnected.»

I sat and looked at the phone because it has shown 100% load and display the icon of load current.  If I unplugged and started again, I got the same results.  I then tried to sync my office thinking that I might have to restore it.  Same thing happened.  Is there a way to force the backup?  I tried several USB connectors, so I don't see how this could be the problem, or it would not always display the power icon.

    6 S, 114GB, IOS 9.3.3

    Thank you

  • My icloud did not backup

    Please Sir

    1. 1 - my icloud did not backup since 07/01/2016

    I don't know why

    1. 2 - when I need access to my I icloud in my computer I can't

The failure of the iPhone to backup can be for a variety of reasons. Since I don't know where you stand and dates are treated differently in different regions, I will ask if you are referring to July 1, 2016 for the date? If so, she finished a backup since then?

When you say that you can not access iCloud desktop, what is happening, you can not connect, you can not see the particular content?

You will need to provide more information about your problem and be as detailed as possible please.

  • Transfer of Whatsapp & Contacts Backup on old iPhone to new iPhone 4 SE but iCloud different accounts

    Salvation all of Indonesia.

I hope you can help me on the above problem above and have a good solution step by step for it.

Basically, what happened is that I just bought an iPhone brand new SE to replace my old iPhone 4. I especially want the history of cats Whatsapp for iPhone 4 to iPhone, so that's what I did yesterday:

#1. I supported Whatsapp history on the iPhone 4 to iCloud by car.

#2. I then downloaded and installed Whatsapp in the new iPhone is activated my old Whatsapp account there and discovered that there is no backup of Whatsapp to iCloud Drive.

#3. Intrigued, I uninstalled the app SE Whatsapp, active Whatsapp account in the old iPhone 4 and saw that I indeed backed up.

#4. I then proceeded to repeat the step #2 and once more, it there was not any backup detected the iCloud drive.

There I stopped doing anything at the Whatsapp on two iPhones, until this morning, I decided to check on e-mail accounts used to iCloud by car for two iPhones, and to my surprise I found that I have use different emails for each iCloud, say the iCloud account on the old iPhone 4 (where the backup Whatsapp is located) is 'A' and the iCloud in the new iPhone is 'B '.

Now what should I do? I can do:

Option 1: Disconnect / remove account iCloud 'A' on the iPhone 4, then the newspaper with iCloud account "B", save the history of Whatsapp cats again, then download the backup of Whatsapp in the iPhone SE?

    or

Option 2: disconnect / remove account iCloud 'B' on the iPhone, then connect with iCloud account "A", then download Whatsapp backup in iPhone SE? "

    A question:

-A device, not the iCloud & App Store/iTunes email account must be the same or may they be different?

    Thanks for all the help

    You should do Option 2.

The iCloud Apple ID may be different from the ID of iTunes/App Store.

  • lack of photos and videos on newly purchased iphone 6s follows backup to icloud

Before buying a new iphone 6 sec, I did as stated and supported my old 5s up to icloud and itunes on my computer windows laptop. Everything seemed to be perfect with the new phone - all contacts, have been downloaded, but I just realized that the photos and YouTube videos are missing. I had four of the five short videos of my granddaughter practicing at the piano that were somewhat specific, but they no longer exist. The backup to icloud and my laptop from my old phone was conducted the same day. Not sure the number of photos I had originally but I have about 186 on my new phone with many of the missing.

    Please help me.

  • My old text messages has not transferred to icloud nor new iphone

I backed up the data on my iphone (black) 5s which had to be forwarded to a member of the family to my icloud account and then reset to factory settings another iphone (white) 5 s what I was given.  Then, I downloaded my account data icloud on the phone white but noticed that my old text messages had not been transferred to my icloud account or the white phone even if I had left my SIM card in the black phone during the backup process.  Please can someone tell what I need to transfer my messages I need to store on my white phone.

SMS are not transferred to iCloud. The SIM card is not involved in any way. Ask your operator where they are now (be prepared for them to be gone)

  • Can not backup iPhone 5 or connect to cell phone applications

I've just updated to 9.3.1 9.2, thinking that Apple had solved all the problems reported with 9.3.  However, now my phone is not connecting to cellular telephone applications, siri does not work, and the phone will not save.  It works fine when connected to wifi, but once I leave the House, none of my apps won't work (letters of google maps, Facebook, apple, anything that requires cell, that's all!)  I made all the simple fixes that I have known and that you can find on the internet: restart button apple button and power off to restart, turn off cell phone and turn it back on, turn off wifi and turn it back on, reset the network, iCloud is disconnected settings and reconnect, deleted all my photos/reset the backup settings so there is a lot of storage on my cloud , is found on my head, turned left, and none of it worked.  I'm ready to reset all but without a backup, I'm afraid to lose all my contacts.  Anyway around this?

Does anyone else have this problem?  Suggestions and help that I have already mentioned above is welcome.  Thank you. Unhappy in Portland and the thought of Samsung is in my future.

Backup to iCloud only works in Wi - Fi, you can not use a cellular network connection to backup your phone to iCloud.

If the iCloud backup does not work, back up your phone to your computer using iTunes and set it back to factory settings, and then restore from that backup.

No sorry.  If it is not saved, then there is nothing to restore.  These pictures will be gone.
