  This is a user to user forum. To disable locking activation iCloud the owner of the iCloud account should turn off. There is no way around it. Find my iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support  If you are unable to contact the owner or that they will not remove the lock try to get your money as soon as the phone cannot be used. -AJ

• iPhone 4 s Video - serious Sync Issues eliminate first as a tool

  I was very happy to see how the video is from the iPhone 4S.  I took an hour 1080 videos of conferences that look.  However, when fired in first (CS5), the sound goes out of sync to the point that it is unusable after seven minutes.  I checked the original file (.) Using MOV) QT - it plays perfectly.  Indeed, I can cut and split the file using QT, and I know that the creation of a bunch of small videos to post a link on the front would be a solution of sorts.

  What is the problem?  No ability by Adobe to manage the MOV files and indexing twisted they use?  Disappointing.

• weird error on iphone sync

  when syncing my iphone 6 more to my macbook pro s SSD via itunes, whenever I get this error at the end of the synchronization process.

• 12.5.1 Broke iPhone Sync iTunes

  I've updated to iTunes 12.5.1 today and now I can't sync/update one of my iPhone devices (6s / 5 s/5 c).  When I connect my iPhone to my Windows 10 office via a USB cable, iTunes does not even recognize the device is connected even you I can browse my photos and my files via Windows Explorer. I have not updated any of my devices to the iOS 10 version.  Not sure I want to now.

  Someone else has problems syncing iPhone after the iTunes upgrade?

  I don't know that I'm not the only person having this problem.

  Seen taking pictures of the last 10 years, I decided to migrate to iCloud, keeping my photos in the cloud and their management through the Photos on my Mac. So far so good. Everything works as expected.

  So, I have 90 GB of photos. Not much for the mac. But if I turn on iCloud Photolibrary on my iphone, it will fill up with the photos that I rarely use. Also, I can't afford a 128 GB iPhone just to travel through the photos that I rarely use.

  If I DON'T turn on iCloud PhotoLibrary, I have no access to my photo library (it's kind of obvious of course), but every picture I take live and die on the iPhone (and in the Gallery of photos for 30 days) and the only way to synchronize them with the mac is to attach a cable to the phone. Really? During 2016? Where everything is cloud?

  Is there a better solution than this all or nothing? For example, store only a thumbnail of each photo on the phone, then the phone will automatically download them on a per-photo basis when you access?

  I mean, imagine that you have a 16Gb iPhone. You won't be able to use it with the iCloud except if you only take af a few photos and almost no videos.

  With iCloud library enabled, you cannot delete a photo on a device (or iCloud.com) without deleting each device which uses iCloud photo library (iCloud.com). In order to save space on your mobile devices (and indeed your Mac if you want to) turn on the optimization of the pictures on these devices (settings > photos & camera > optimize storage on your mobile device and Photo preferences > optimize storage on your Mac)

  Dynamic optimization, it reduces the resolution of your photos, if necessary, so that you don't notice it occurring initially. However, when necessary, it is very effective, and users have reported libraries being optimized for much less than 10% of their original size in some cases. My own library is about 9% of its original on my phone size.

  In most cases, optimize your photos should be enough to raise the space related issues on your device. However, if you have an exceptionally large library you may need to disable iCloud photo library on your mobile device and use instead the photo stream. You can then use a computer to manage the photo stream photos and have them automatically imported into you iCloud photo library.

  My husband and I have an album shared with our pictures of girls and not two devices have the same number of photos in this album.  My MacBook and the iPhone isn't the same total number of pictures, my iPhone to my husband is on a difference of 300 pic.  I don't know how to get them in sync.  The album has 5K on some good photos we 5200, and then another is 4700, and so a manual comparison is out of the question.  Need help to reconcile, or how to ensure that all devices correspond.  All devices are updated with the most recent and software updates.  Thanks in advance for any help.

  It is probably because you have reached the limit of photos by shared album. The limit for photos in a shared album is 5000 photos, see this link:

• iPhone syncs but list of apps remains empty

  I currently have 133 apps installed on my iPhone 4S. The last 3 - 4 times I have synced my iPhone, when I click on 'Apps' in iTunes 'Home Screens' of the window part shows everything correctly, but the list of the 'Apps' to his left is completely empty.   The connection to the Photos App from Microsoft is not a synchronization (using the terminology of Apple). It can be used to import photos from the iPhone to the computer - that iTunes sync doesn't do not. iTunes sync has a number of abilities, one of them being to synchronize photos from the computer to the iPhone - but not the other direction did the Photos app.

  In other words, it shouldn't be a case of the Photos App instead of iTunes – you should be able to do it either. Have you tried to quit the app Photos and open iTunes on the computer to see if it will recognize the phone?

  You should tell us more specifically the version of your Windows operating system, iTunes and iOS software numbers.  Say "up to date" is not informative.  For example, if you are running Windows Vista or Windows XP, the version of iTunes "updated" cannot support iOS 9.

  It's a LONG story how this happened but long story short, my iPhone and my iPad are not synchronized my computer with iCloud. I have two Photo files.  We're from iPhoto and the other Photos.  I wish they had not changed the cause of software now, it's REALLY complicated things.
