  HI - try the following steps:

  It probably has something to do with the evolution of your Apple ID. On your iPad and iPhone, open settings and go to the menu iCloud. Make sure that the same Apple ID appears on both. You could also try to connect and back in. Then do the same for Messages menu in the settings. Finally, on your iPhone, go to settings > Messages > text Message Forwarding, and make sure that your iPad is turned on.

The message on my iPhone remains as "delivered" much later and then seems to be read (I'm done yet receive confirmations of reading on my phone), but my mac delivers the message, and it seems that the message has been read afterwards, but it shows the path of the read receipt before my iPhone don't. I don't know if it's just one little problem and they have not actually read the message, or if my mac book is somehow showing the first read receipts?

  It has to do with which ID is used to send the iMessages and what devices are then synced to see this info.

  Device sending roughly see the pronouncement to feedback.

  If it's the Mac using the Apple ID it will 'see' the 'read' first response.

  However, if the Mac uses the iPhone number to send, then some info can run on the iPhone first it's the device the number belongs to.

  The Mac is only then light "Copies" of the synchronization version.

  Add to that the fact that some people will have a device set to join read receipts and not another.

  It is basically not a precise answer that there are many factors that can influence it.
