iPod is connected got bright orange flashing, no cost? *

iPod connected to my laptop with usb port.  a flashing light orange but without costs.  How is it?

Flashing orange light means 'do not disconnect', because the storage drive the shuffle is mounted by the system.  He is not related to the State of battery charge.  The shuffle is in charge then flashes.

Try eject shuffle in iTunes but leave it connected.  You should see that the light stops flashing; It is solidFull light means "OK to disconnect".  Now, the color indicates the battery charge status.  Solid Green means fully chargedSolid Orange means being charged.

NOTE: The shuffle flashes when connected (until she is ejected), IF it is set to manually manage music or allow the use of the disk.  These settings are on the screen of the settings summary shuffle in iTunes.  IF you disable these settings and set it to Sync music automatically (on the shuffle in iTunes music settings screen), the shuffle is strong when it is connected.  You can disconnect without ejecting it in iTunes (orange blinks only when iTunes is Active sync).

  • iPod classic connects to the computer

    Hello

I have an iPod classic, since 2005.

It will charge from the grid, but when you plug it into the computer it does nothing... Does not make a noise, does not load... Nothing, only thing that happens is that when you disconnect the computer screen lights illuminates... tried all USB ports, still is not, tried 3 computers, does not work on any...

so I tried 2 more iPods, an iPod classic in 2004 and it worked fine. Tried an iPod nano of 2007 once again absolutely worked well...

really annoying me now that I want to sync music on the classic...

tried resetting the iPod, tried to run in the other mode keeping the home button and menu, press the button home-and play... None of them worked either

When you "recharge sector" (which I assume means an adapter of any), are you using the docking cable that you use with the computer?  When you connect iPod from 2004 and 2007 iPod nano to the computer, you use the same USB docking cable used with the iPod in 2005?

Is the power supply adapter ("hands") accomplice of old load powering FireWire supported, not USB load?  Accessories older load use FireWire instead of USB charging, which has a different voltage and uses different "pins" on the dock connector.  An iPod from 2005 (probably a 5th generation "video" iPod) to connect to the computer via a USB port, but it can recharge using the USB or FireWire power.

If you can confirm that the port host USB cable to connect the iPod in 2005 is good, my guess is that the 2005 iPod dock connector will not properly connect to USB power.  It can be worn or damaged.  Therefore, it does not connect to the USB port on the computer.  However, it always connects to FireWire, so she received the adapter (which feeds the FireWire).

Use a flashlight to look inside the iPod dock connector, to visually check for damage, corrosion, dust or debris.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

  • Orange flashes in exported movies

I'm using Premiere Pro CS3 on a PC running WIndows XP sp2 with P4 3gig of RAM. The graphics card is a RADEON x 300 series.

My source for videos is a Panasonic SDR - H200 Palmcorder hard drive that creates. Files MOD by using MPEG2 compression.

I just change the file extension. MPG to import files in first - not other than that of the conversion.

When I export movies using Media Encoder I usually get one or more short orange flashes in the video. Flashbulbs fill the entire screen for a fraction of a second, so I would say for maybe 15 images.

Here are the specifications on the source of the video:

    Type: MPEG Movie
    File size: 1.7 GB
    Image size: 704 x 480
    Sampling: 704
    Frame rate: 29.97
    Total duration: 00; 25; 47; 01
    Average rate: 1.1 MB/second
    Format of the pixels: 0,909

and here is the summary of my encoder settings:

    Export to MPEG2

    MainConcept MPEG video Codec video

    NTSC, 720 x 480, 29.97 frame [fps] non‑drop, lower, quality 5

VBR, 2 Pass, Min 2.50, target 4.20, Max 6,00 [Mbps]

I added a title again with a transition iris on the video source at the top and a dip to black at the end other that I use all the video effects to all cut down for a seven-minute segment of the video source.

I know there are a lot more settings for the encoder, but I left the default values, because I'm not sure of what they are doing yet.

Here is a link to the video exported on YouTube:

    http://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=JNumHDFowg8

There is an example of the flash at 0:15 and again at 0:20 on this specific issue.

Can any suggest a reason for this and point me in the right direction to fix it?

    Thank you!

While you can SOMETIMES use MPEG as a source of edit (other people cannot get these work at all) your BEST source edit is DV AVI type 2

  • TC orange flashing: no internet connection and no DNS server.  We reset and reconnected several times.  The Wifi doesn't connect or internet not connecting

We got a new TC yesterday and replaced our old.  We followed the instructions in the Quick Start Guide.  And we either do not have internet and green - or we have internet and the light flashes in orange.  We reset and rebooted several times.

What it is connected to? Often, you need to reset a modem connected (that is, pull its power for 20 seconds) the modem to connect the new device. If the light is blinking orange error, you should be able to see what this indicates using the Airport on your Mac.

  • impossible to connect or reset orange light flashing

I read 100 amber streetlights, but have not met my situation at the moment.

Flashing orange light on my 1470 time capsule.

It does not connect to utility

It will not be reset in any shape

It has been cleaned, its is not overheated, it has a lit solid when modem connection.

I read the possible motives of questions but no connection I can't even help out at this stage.

    Very expensive paperweight?

    Thank you

    Matt

Have you tried to use the reset on the back? I believe that the orange light is a configuration problem - I get on mine when the network has changed and there is a configuration problem.

I used a soft reset, which resets the SSID or connects via a cable, and then allows me to run the utility to reset the configuration.

  • Xperia Z2 orange flashing led when it is connected to the magnetic charge lead

Hey guys. I bought this phone off of a friend. His three months and works very well. But the other night, I accidentally put the magnetic port on the back and the phone is completely dead. I panicked and I tried every possible combination. I finally got a red when I plugged it into the microusb port. He turned in 10 minutes as usual.

Now, whenever I have fix the magnetic cord (correctly) I get a flashing led orange and the unit charge at all.

What is the flashing orange led average? Warranty covers the magnetic port? I hope someone can help me

Hello everyone. I have problems with the magnetic charge on my Z2 port. He simply not to charge the device. He also was heat when he was in charge via USB. Sometimes, it would not even load!

I was trying to just live with it until one day the phone turned off and never started upward for about a day.

I knew at that stage he had no choice but to request an RMA number for these issues.

When I called to tell them my problems, I told them specifically 'THERE IS a PROBLEM WITH THE MAGNETIC PORT', 'THE PHONE REFUSED to LOAD SOMETIMES' and 'THE PHONE HEATS DURING CHARGE'.

The representative on the other end told me several times that he understands the problem and they will be addressed when he arrived at the repair shop.

So, I packed the phone upward and expelled from Ontario (shipping cost me $40) and thinking that once he comes back, it'll work like it should.

    ---

It's where I've never been more wrong.

I'll be back on the phone today and it opens as soon as I could.

First thing I did, is trying to turn it on. Absolutely nothing. No light, no low battery screen, nothing.

So when I got home, I plugged the thing in a USB AC charger. The first 10 minutes, that there was only one red LED and nothing else.

After 10 minutes, I could see the green of the battery on the screen.

Again 5 minutes later, I was able to turn the phone on. He was sitting at 2%.

What makes me believe that the phone was left or COMPLETELY discharged before shipping. These people in repair facilities don't know how harmful it is for a battery to be discharged to comepletely?

    ---

The second and most outrageous of the thing is the main reason for the phone was sent he was not yet fixed!

I tried to plug in the charger magnetic port (with a spare cord, as well as the docking station) and the phone does EXACTLY the same thing!

In fact, it is an exact quote from that work says:

"THE PHONE IS IN CHARGE AND WORKS WELL. "PLEASE SEND TO THE CABLE USB AND CHARGER IF PROBLEM P-<- they="" didn't="" even="" finish="" the="">

"Software update, direct call, past quality control."

I am so totally outraged and disgusted with Sony now.
