  1. try SR in safe mode:

  Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

  Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

  Turn off the iphone

  Make sure the PC is using the latest version of itunes 12.3.2

  Connect the USB to your PC wire

  Press and hold the power button down on the iPhone DON'T let go

  Connect to the iPhone hold the power button down until the PC

  See the iphone and then wait for restoration.

  You may need to do more than once before it works.
