Is is possible to the PL/SQL call ODI scenario

Hi all

Can we call PL/SQL procedures in ODI, I would like to know if you can call the ODI in PL/SQL scenarios.  If so, can someone explain to me how this is possible.

Your plan will look like - it's the infinite loop as long as certain conditions (CHECK at the END)

This package you must start manually.

Then you can start scenarios insertion of records in the table (which controls OdiWaitForData)

Each insert starts the script in OdiStartScen

You can pass the name of the scenario by REFRESH VARIABLE (GET the SETTINGS in this example)

    For your use case, you can call DBTransaction.postChanges (), and then call your PLSQL code and then call DBTransaction.commit () (or simply call Commit liaison)

    Just make sure that you do it in a "demand".

    BTW, beforeCommit isn't good place for it and same end, not only because of its 'global' behavior, but also because this method is called in some cases, even if you do not call commit.

    I have a really strange requirement, i.e. I want to know if I can call a method in an existing AM which is in the OPS database applications.

    Basically the method is called and worked very well for the controller but we also want to perform some batch process and want to know
    If you call the same method of PL/SQL somehow pass the parameters that we pass throgh the controller...?

    If this is not possible, can someone give me some alternatives... any help would be really appreciated.

    Unable to correctly understand what you are trying to reach. But if you want to call a method of AM. What you can do is to join a competitor of Java program in Apps & then call this concurrent program front-end or via FND_REQUEST. SUBMIT_REQUEST... Front end you can even schedule this program too...

  • Return more than an OUT parameter of the stored procedure called in sql

    I searched for it, but maybe that I did a good job. I would return two parameters of a stored procedure that is called from an sql query. Something like
    select my_proc(in_param) from dual
    When the results of the query will return 2 columns. It is guaranteed in my design in order to return only a single record.

    Is this possible?

    As far as I know that the MobiLink was preinstalled on some units Portege M400.
    This software supports these features:
    Send and receive SMS, composition and read TEXT messages in several languages, compose and send to multiple recipients, the mobile contacts address book support, Rich edit for the launch of URL and Email using embedded addresses.

    As you can see that you can not use this software to make calls!
    And unfortunately other software does not know me :(

    Are you sure that the dblink is accessible from the scheme of the analysis of the application? Run the code in your sql client in the same pattern?

    Our wish is that we have an application that runs via a competing program, but before the end of this application we want to put that on the wait and run the 'Workflow background process"explicitly in the code itself (user must not go and run it manually).
    Can someone please advice me how to do this in a PL/SQL code that is called via a concurrent program.

    I've seen several links and options for calling a PL/SQL shell script. I was wondering if there is something like DBMS_SCHEDULER. CREATE_PROGRAM-> executable that calls an external program in 11 GR 2.

    Here's what I have to. I have 11 GR 2 database with Dataguard. I have START triggering who begins a DBMS_SERVICE when the role becomes PRIMARY. In the same instance, I would stop the VIP on the former primary database and start the VIP on the new primary database.

  • Running PL/SQL: CALL the DBMS_DEBUG_JDWP. DISCONNECT()

    Is there something wrong with the 3.0.04 Version? I tried to debug a package but I got in the newspaper:
    Connecting to the database hr.

    Executing PL/SQL: CALL DBMS_DEBUG_JDWP.CONNECT_TCP( '192.168.1.15', '49430' )

    Executing PL/SQL: CALL DBMS_DEBUG_JDWP.DISCONNECT()
    Process exited.
    Disconnecting from the database hr.
    Debugger disconnected from database.
    It throws no error, but it does not debug...
    Or have I missed something?

    Without focus on the specific version of SQL Developer or your type of operating system and version, here are some points to consider:

    1 - Compile with debug information:
         Compile with Tools|Preferences|Database|PL/SQL Compiler Optimization level set to 1 or 2, or
         Compile for Debug
    2 - Make sure you have set at least one breakpoint and that it is on a executable line of code

    We have 57 paintings representing 57 partitions. Then, we create a view of all of these 57 tables-

    Now when a user wants to delete a partition-
    -I read the body of the request in the .sql file.
    -Edit the .sql file that is, remove the unwanted ' select * from many '
    -Loss of vision.
    -Recreate the view from the edited .sql file.


    The question is in the creation of the view on the fly of the procedure-
    -I'm not EXECUTE IMMEDIATE 'CREATE VIEW... ' and ' DBMS_SQL. PARSE' the request body exceeds 32,767 characters.


    So I chose the option of filing to write. In the file, I write the query VIEW and then I want to create the view from this file.

    Now, I'm not able to call the .sql that contains
