Is it possible to archive finished projects?

Once I just finished a project I want to archive, is it possible?

Hi Mark,

Currently, there is no way, in the application, archiving projects. It would be best to take it in Illustrator CC and save it as file .ai.

    Elena,

I know raspberry, so no comment on that.

    For the rest:

-Do you want to create tools for developers? If so, we must look in the API of project VI and VI server. If this isn't the case, please compile your application LV as executable and call this one using a batch file.

-LV prefer specific supplies. LV is a programming language. There are several power supply providers (including OR) which provide directly the LV API for their power supplies. So, essentially, the approach is:

    1. choose food that serves your needs.

    2. check if the power supply has a standard interface for programming (such as Ethernet, GPIB, or if the power supply is PXI, is already providing a programming interface!)

    3. check if the LV API (so-called "instrument driver") is available for the device. In the case of a PXI system, get you a device driver (for example NI DCPower).

    4. check if the LV samples are available (for example in the Finder for example LV once you have installed the driver).

  • 2015.3 - How to archive a project without proxies?

Does anyone know how to exclude Proxy copy of images of projects archived using Project Manager?

I mean, it's - the proxy files are not copied anymore, but when I open the project checked - it tries to connect to the proxy files that no longer exist. Is there a correct workflow to get rid of these before check-in?

    I'd appreciate any help!

There is currently no way to permanently detach Proxies, but there is a way to stop the LinkMedia dialog asking for Proxy clips. When you receive the dialog box link media asking the location of proxy servers, click on offline everything and then save your project. When you reopen the project, he should ask is no longer for the missing Proxy clips.

  • Is it possible to archive similar sourcing approvals of how GSM specifications can be masked by the tag spec hidden in the workflow

We would like a way to hide the sourcing of the approvals that have reached a specific State of the workflow.

Similar to the way it is done in GSM.

Is it possible in one of the new versions?

Basically you create a tag from visibility in ADMN, tag approved sourcing or statutes of specification in the WFA, then associate tags with user groups in the UGM.   If you can do things like, only R & D can see sheet formulation in 'project' and 'revision', so that everyone can see formulations in 'approved '.    This feature gives you more options that just the GSM hide spec unique tag.   Its really the feature 'Hide Spec' next generation.

You can create a tag called "Hide SA" and then associate this tag to archived step sourcing of approval in the WFA.   Once labeled only users in a group associated with the tag "Hide SA" can see these approvals sourcing.

We have a white paper which should help explain how to set tags visibility upwards.  Check it out here:

  • Conversion of a finished project in a USB file for reading

Hello. I just finished working on a wedding and I would like the author as a DVD image and a menu would be complete when the user has inserted the USB key to a device. My question is, is it possible and where do I go about to achieve. I just upgraded to CC on my new computer and I do not even anywhere in the download. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also any advise may be paid on maybe using third-party programs that would achieve the same thing.  Thanks advance!

As far as I know, it is impossible to create a computer file that works as a DVD... you can export your project to a file to play on a computer via USB key, but not with a menu

You MAY be able to still use to create an ISO image and have then your username play ISO on a computer (do not write on DVD) file if they have a player who works with an ISO and a current DVD

  • Is it possible to import a project into an existing project - PRE 8

Hello. The last time I did a lot with video editing was a couple of years back using the Premiere 6.5 full version

At the time, you can create a number of projects as parts of the complete solution. Then when you when it is ready to create the full movie would incorporate you the various projects in the time line.

Is it possible in the first elements V8? I looked around but found nothing.

If this is not the case, how do you deal with projects very long? Move sections on a track that is unique?

    Thank you

You cannot import with all his changes intact - a project into another project. However, you can import a project finished in another project.

Go to share/computer staff/AVI. The AVI you export in the current project can be imported into any other project as a sequence of rendering.

  • Is it possible to build a project with Labview 2010 on a Windows XP system, which is useful for a system with windows 7 on it?

    Hello

I intend to use Labview 2010 in no time.

But before I go to use it I have a few questions.

    1. I know that it is possible to run Labview 2010 in an XP environment. But is it also possible, when running Labview 2010 on an XP system, to build a project for a version that is useful in a Windows 7 environment?
    2. Or should I run Labview 2010, when I want to build a project that is useful on a Windows 7 system, on a system with Windows 7?

    Please give me some information.

I hope to hear from you soon.

    Kind regards

  • Is it possible to import a project of Simulation in a PowerPoint project?

    I created a project 2 - a PowerPoint presentation and the other a Simulation.

I thought that I would be able to integrate the simulation in the PowerPoint project - that is, create a button to run the simulation. But I can't seeem to understand how.

    Is this possible?

I think that Steve is misled by your title, he thinks he wants to integrate a simulation project created with Captivate in a ppt. When I read your question, I think you mean combining two projects Captivate, one based on a ppt, this one a software simulation. Could you confirm?

If my suspicion is correct, you have two ways to do this:

    1. Use an interactive object in the first PPT-CP-file and a link to the Simulation project published. You must be careful when you transfer them both not to break the link. You are the publication in HTML or SWF format?
    2. Combine the two projects in a CP-project, which is easy enough, as long as they both have the same resolution (width and height in pixels). Open both projects, each is displayed in a tab, select the slide in the PPT project, after which you want to insert the slides of the simulation. Switch to the tab with the simulation project, select all of the slides in the film, copy it, go back to the first project and paste them. To provide a navigation within this project, you can use an interactive object (such as a form button, click box or button) to jump to the first slide of the simulation. You do not specify a type of simulation: demo, training or assessment? If you post on MP4 as Steve suggests, you should have lost any interactivity, which is particularly important for training and assessment. If it is a demo, I would recommend not not to use the classic capture (made from slides), but the demo video for the best quality if you choose to publish in MP4.
  • Is it possible to disable ' sensitive project?

I created a responsive project in Captivate 8, but have done a little more research and realized this isn't what I want.  However, I have created some slides of Master and would like to convert this to a standard project without having to redo all that work.

    Is this possible?

You can copy and paste slides but not master slides as much as I see it, I got a trial earlier and it did not work anyway. You can copy and paste items from your master slides (images etc.) well.

  • Is it possible to open multiple project windows in order to easily work with two bins buried at a time?

    Hey there,

I'm working on my second project where I have to frequently access several sites that are buried under several folders for the organizations, and it becomes various tedious and inefficient to keep access to the scrolling all the way to the other bin, etc, still I need them, where they are to organizational purpose. Is it possible to open several locations in separate windows, that I'm missing to make it easy? If this isn't the case, I'll submit a feature request.

    Thank you

    Andrew

Try to double click each location that you want to open. I have three bins open now

  • Question about archiving of projects

I have about 60-70 projects on my drive to work and a plan to archive them this winter during our downtime. I looked at a few tutorials on how to use the project manager to consolidate a project, but I was wondering how this thing. Almost all of my projects have AE comps in them that use images, pictures, ect, other places on the hard drive. This will actually extract these files in archive too?

It will catch most elements of film - video, audio, photos, etc - but it will not cut the vast majority (sequences, specifically). It will create a great him upward media folder - you may have to clean a little later. AE comps don't come along - well well, they remain in the Premiere Pro project, but AE projects are not copied. I just copy those manually and then recreate a link to them - type of pain.

I recommend you to do a test at your convenience to determine a good workflow. Personally, I gave up on the project long ago Manager, especially when I went hard HD are pretty cheap these days - I just ordered 4 x 2 TB drives and a RAID5 unit for about 6 TB of storage for $400 today ' today - that I find it easier to copy everything on wholesale. I try to be aware on the front-end server that I put into the project, and where actually the media.

  • Is it possible to rename a project?

I did a test project and planned to remove it, but it turned out to be really good, so I want to change it to a better title 'test remove xyz' is it possible to do it in a simple way? Or should I go through all the associated files and change them to?

    Thank you.

Instead of a name change, I would instead a Save_As, choose the name you want. Who will ensure that all the links work again properly. Test this renamed project and if everything works, just delete the old PREL.

    Good luck

  • Is it possible to work on projects iMovie on external hard drives in order to save disk space on my macbook (the internal hard drive has little space)?

    Hello!

I have a problem working with iMovie on my MacBook Air... Drive HARD internal of the MacBook is unfortunately to small for the biggest projects iMovie... Is there a way to work on external hard drives or perhaps TimeCapsule?

Thank you very much in advance!

Yes, put your iMovie library/ies on a fast (7200 RPM) external hard drive to the Apple format is a good way of working.  Details of the setting up of libraries are covered in the help files to:

    http://help.Apple.com/iMovie/Mac/10.1/#/mov3fa25bae7

Note that you may need to consolidate the media in an existing library before you travel to avoid breaking links to media located in the libraries from other Apple applications.  See:

    http://help.Apple.com/iMovie/Mac/10.1/#/mov882dee351

I would not recommend using Time Capsule - you would need a separate partition above the used by time machine, and you could put some data on the same drive as backup.  Connection speed can also be a problem.
