  It seems you either worked on PDF Portfolios or PDF files have been attached to the document.

  If you work with PDF portfolio you will see an option to extract the PDF document.

  In case you the document have other documents as attachments, you can see the document on the right side of the screen here, you should look for an icon that looks like a logo of an attachment, if you are not able to see, it can be disabled.
