Is it possible to export tables as a PDF file to an excel spreadsheet?

I have attached the picture of the table. I know it can be done I'm not sure if it does on the tables that look like this?

If so, which Adobe should I buy with this tool?

PDFCapture.PNG

This looks like a scanned document, which means that you will have to perform the recognition of text on it first.

After doing this, you might be able to select the part of the page and then export it to an Excel file...

You will need Acrobat to do this, preferably the Pro version.

    Hello!

I'm new to Muse and I would like to know how to get my data from my contact form on my site to an excel sheet and that it will automatically update each time and between new person they are information. If anyone can help me please!

The above tutorial for forms created with Adobe Central forms. Forms plant has since been abandoned.

Remittances form Muse is only sent as an email and not stored in a CRM. Therefore, you will need to enter in your spreadsheet manually from information received in e-mail.

  • Is there a way to export / print to a pdf file which is flat? That is like printing on paper and a new analysis?

Is it possible (if not, there should be MAOIs) export / print to a pdf file which is flat? That is like printing on paper and a new analysis? (I do not want to use this last)

I could list 100 reasons why it would be useful to be able to do this, then please none of the usual "why would you do that?' or ' is not the right way... blah blah blah" which is too often here.

If you are Windows on a machine, you can print the file to the Adobe PDF printer, thus creating a new copy of it.

If you want to convert the entire file of images, then you can export it to the image files (PNG, for example) and then create a new PDF from that.

If you want to flatten the dynamic objects (such as form, comments, links, etc.) then you can use a simple script to do.

There are many ways, your request may be interpreted... If you provide information on what you are trying to achieve it will be easier to help you do.

  • Is it possible to export and import forwarding a file option to another?

    Hi all

I have the model in the idml file that does not have fixed reference options. I need to update these settings from one document to another. Is it possible to export and import the reference parameters of a file to another file (such as the import of paragraph styles).

    Thanks in advance

  • Is it possible to combine 2 (112pg) a PDF file in a single pdf (112pg)?

I have 3 PDF files, each of them has 112 pages. a folder has the common CMYK and the other 2 changed the black plate. in the old days, the use of the film, I can do a great black on the plate to combine. I need to have each change black to combine with the common file; that is, pdf page merged with a page pdf B, page 2, page 2, etc...

Someone out there knows a way to do it? Please note that I use a MaC

    Thank you

    Zii

You have InDesign? One way to do is to place the common PDF in InDesign (using the PDF multipage place script),

Make 2 new layers, one for each version of the black text and place the replacement text. Alternative versions should be placed in an InDesign page at a time. Export to a new PDF, activation or deactivation of each layer as needed.

  • Export epub and MultiPage PDF file

    Hello

When I import several page of a MultiPage PDF file in a document then I export to ePub FixedLayout, the epub file always displays the first page of the PDF while the document points to the different pages.

Is this a bug in indesign or is there another manipulation to do? Thank you.

This is a bug/limit known at this stage. The work around until we do is split the PDF file into several files and place each page separately.

  • Layout in Arabic, Chinese and Russian. Export text from a PDF file

I am exhibitor of long documents in Arabic, Chinese and Russian. The text was provided in PDF format when I copy and paste this in Indesign, it happens like question marks, boxes and other characters having nothing to do with the text I'm trying to layout.  I put the cast on the Arabic Myriad and Arabic dictionary still nothing that resembles Arabic or any other language. Same thing with the Chinese and Russian. Any suggestions on how to get the text from the PDF file where is the language. Appreciate help with this.  Thank you.

    Thanks for the caption, Ellis

Thus, KK: you're in for a world of pain. The intials "WP" at the beginning of these policies means that the text is out of WordPerfect. Make presentations multilingual in WP, it was annoying, but possible. It was developed in the pre-Unicode world where every single method of complex script layout was a dirty hack. If you like dirty nerdy details, I can tell you how it worked, but that it is sufficient to say that attempt to harvest the non-latine-script text of: WP and it reuse for use in InDesign is just pure pain. WordPerfect-specific code pages were never really supported anywhere outside WP.

That being said, I have a script around laying somewhere for the conversion of the WP-Cyrillic in Unicode. (In fact, I think it does Windows CP 1251, but that works as well.) But this is only one of the forty-five languages? And the Chinese has been pixelated? And PDF files were originally generated by Distiller 3? If you have no choice, it is time to leave. If you do not have the choice, I really hope that you charge hourly. My experience in this area (very large) is that it will cost three to five times more to extract the text as it would for a professional translation generate a new key of the text, and and then to have a second professional translation review text rekeyed looking for typos.

Russian OCR is darn good these days, but Chinese OCR is random. I've never seen good Arabic OCR - doesn't mean it's not out there, but I couldn't help you find it.  But the chances that all 45 languages available reliable OCR, and the result of said OCRing will not have to be reviewed by someone who knows the language, are virtually nil.

  • Is it possible to add text to a PDF file?

    Hello

I need to generate nice PDF contacts boards than I do in the bridge.

But once the hundreds of images are automatically generated in PDF format,

I need to add some text.

I could of course, put these images manually in Indesign and easily type text,

but would be just as saving time, if I could quickly create the full pdf of image

and then add text to the pdf...

Is it possible with acrobat for it?

Or y at - it a 3rd party software plugin which allows you to enter a paragraph of text in a pdf file?

    Please notify

    Thank you

You can use the typewriter tool, and then type your paragraph wherever you want, but it won't move the images from the road. It is the same for the tool text box. I think that you work for ID.

  • Is it possible for me to share my PDF files online?

I wish I could share a few PDF, I downloaded to the cloud to Adobe with my clients by sending them a link. Is this possible?

    Absolutely!

Just select the files you want to share, and then click Send.

If you have a paid subscription to send to Adobe, you can send the links directly by selecting the option to send the custom Invitations . Otherwise, select create an anonymous link and then click on the blue button to create a link .

  • Save or export to a flat PDF file

I am using Acrobat X Pro to change the drawings of architecture in pdf format. If there is no tool to clear the lines, how do I use the annotations of drawing to create a white shape on I want to hide and then save the pdf file so that no one can later select and delete the shape?  Thank you.

You can set the fill color of the drafting at the white mark.

  • How is form to fill in the PDF file after export of InDesign, possible?

    Hey!

I exported from InDesign CS4 PDF file and when you open the PDF in Acrobat, it shows this purple with the text bar «please fill in the following form...» ». I realized that you can't create forms in InDesign, so Daniel the purple bar appears? I've highlighted form fields in Acrobat, but I couldn't see reflections in my PDF file. Only interactivity I have in my document is buttons. If I uncheck interactivity in PDF export settings, purple bar will not appear but then my buttons won't work of course. What makes it even more mysterious is that I have two different PDF files with interactive buttons. Purple bar appears in only the other.

So, what should I check my InDesign file that could cause this problem? Or how to find form fields in Acrobat? Could not find something fishy in the option 'Add or edit fields... '. ».

  • How to export multiple layers to separate PDF files?

I just upgraded from Mavericks to Yosemite and all my CC Adobe until 2015. So far I love it, but I have a nagging problem: export layers to separate PDF files.

My file has 38 layers, each of them must be separated in PDF format, so I use the script that is embedded in SaveDocsAsPDFs. The first time I run it, it ends up split on most files, but not all, so I thought I'd run it once again: no chance. Whenever I run the present, he eventually put all the active layers in a pdf from single page instead of save them as individual PDF files. I've spent the better part of two hours online hunting and are all I can find third-party scripts that actually do what I need, rather than use the builtin scripts.

Is there a way someone can help me with this problem? I'll have much, much more files like that and I would use the original if possible script. It is everything on a Mac. Specs below.

    Mac Pro

    Quad-Core Intel Xeon

    3.2 GHz

    32 GB

The SaveDocsAsPDFs allows to save multiple documents open simultaneously in artificial intelligence to separate files. He doesn't have layers in separate documents. You can use one of the scripts that you got to do what you want.

If I were you, I would export PDF files to excel using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Just give a try. You will really love it.
