  I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled.  Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.

  If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.  If you can contact our support team you can be traversed through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our team of support directly in Contact with the customer.  You can try to install a web browser, you have not previously used.  It of probably a toolbar or other software applications affect your ability to access the media cat successfully.

  I download Creative Suite CS4 from a purchased dvd. It allows me to get the serial number, but then takes me to the net screen that wants to do a upgrade verification! I have no other Adobe software! It asks me to select the product I own already, that I don't have. It uses default CS3 and then of course wants the serial number which I did not because I do not have a previous version! If I go back to the previous screen, I can load a trial version and then enter the serial number after 30 days, I don't want to do that.

  In this case, you might have a problem.

  You can export to IDML for CS4 users, but all the new features that you used will be lost or severely mutilated. Text will likely reflow.

  For a trip one way, you could get away with it, but there is no good way to use it in a collaborative workflow.

  Keep in mind that WordPerfect 7 is a very old version - eight versions. Usually very old versions of almost any program do not work on newer versions of Windows. I don't know about you, but I suspect that you must upgrade to a newer version of WordPerfect.
