Is it possible to upgrade a dedicated GPU (R5 M335)

Does anyone have experience of a dedicated to a Dell laptop GPU upgrade?

I have a series of 15, Dell Inspiron 5559

16 GB OF RAM

I7 - 6550 processor

Integrated Intel + R5 M335 Radeon graphics cards

I would like to be able to upgrade the Radeon card if possible, although a few hours Googling, it looks like it is usually quite something difficult to do with laptops, or even not at all. However, many items are several years old I wonder if having a laptop model 2016 makes things a little easier at all?

I'm not really interested in a convoluted external GPU put in place only if I can replace the internal card.

If it's possible, I guess there are limits on what kind of card I could replace by in terms of available power, the speed of the processor, the memory, the heat transfer, etc.

    The only possible change that could be done is if your GPU has 512 MB dedicated memory, you can swap the mother together with one with the same GPU, but should be 1 GB dedicated memory.
