Is it possible to use a Type of personalized content for the REST service operation messages?
I try to POST to the third party, documentum of EMC, REST service using service broker in 8.53 peopletools integration operations. Unfortunately, the third party only accepts a content type of 'application/vnd.emc.documentum+json', which I could not send PeopleSoft and use a message definition at the same time.
In my service operation, if I do NOT fill the request message I can POST to the URI with the such custom content type defined in the property page of the connector in the routing. I have not found a way to do it and also present JSON content on demand, since there is no message associated with the operation. Is it possible to include in this type of message content without using a request message?
If I DO not fill the request message I can't POST successfully because the message content-type of "application/json" gets passed as the content-type instead of the value in the property page of the connector from the routing. Is it possible to change the content type during the use of a message definition?

Hi Paul - you can turn on tracing by using the on demand connection as follows:
1. on the routing set detail header and detail "journal".
2. Main Menu > PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Administration > control installation Options
-Enable logging of the bridge
-On the registration of demand = 5 (to enable detailed logging)
Note: On request connection only works for the outgoing synchronous Services. In this case, we should be fine. You will find the by transaction log file on your gateway web server... / applications/peoplesoft/PSIGW.war/WEB-INF/.
I did it for one of the REST service operations my test (I'm on 8.52.22). I have my content type of message the value application/json to the operation of the service page. On the routing page, I added a connector property content-type=application/vnd.emc.documentum+json.

The Content-Type of the delivery is sent as HTTP Connector of the target and the content of the message (text/json) Type property is always persistent (see the text in bold above). You can compare logs between your two scenarios (with and without the message in the POST) and see if you find something interesting.

I'm working on a similar project at this moment where I'm integrating perceptual Nolij Web RESTful API (Document Management System). I had to resort to using a http client base (common of apache) java instead of broker of integration because of the similar frustrations with REST (cookies are lost, unable to deal with raw binary data in a response message, etc.).
Benefits: Java provides total flexibility.
Cons: As we are bypassing framework Integration Broker, we need everything (error handlng, logging, etc.) do it ourselves.

If that's still true, I would like to know if it is possible to get this functionality using the Toshiba stack SDK? Is there an underlying technical problem that makes this difficult to do feature? I am a professional software developer and can, if necessary, make this change, but I'd rather find a solution without writing custom software.

Procedure failed when using bulk collect clause and works with the cursor

I use "BULK collect into" clause in my procedure and it is a failure after 21 minutes and gives the error "end of file communication channel.
After that this error comes when I tried to connect the database it gives following error.
ORA-01034 - Oracle is not available.
ORA - 27101-shared memory realm does not exist.
SVR4 error: 2: no such file or directory.
When I use the cursor instead of the COLLECTION in BULK IN the clause, it runs successfully.

Why are you not using an INSERT..SELECT ? Also, what are you trying to achieve by - incremental commits? - copying data from one table to another (using expensive I/O)? - using dynamic DML? Most of these approaches are typically wrong - and not recommended for scalable and performant Oracle applications.I could see you using a CURSOR for LOOP if you change the data inserted so that you could not encapsulate the changes in a query, but you do an insert in right in the table of your cursor. A much more effective way would be to use the following changes I made to your code sample:

Is it possible to transfer music from an ipod 4G for the new model?
I got my ipod touch 4g since 2010 and I was too cheap to upgrade. Now that the battery life has been emptying faster than ever and high sleep button no longer works, I think its time to finally switch to this new model.
The bad part is that for the last 6 years, I have collected 12.6 GB worth of music on my ipod touch with nearly 85 per cent of it related to the device itself and not on my pc. I usually have the removed from the computer as Itunes would always keep always on my ipod touch as long as the songs were always listed in the library.
I was wondering is there a way to transfer my music from my old ipod touch to the new model?
Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. The answer depends on the complexity of the project.

I extended a VO and extended vo has a query with where clause clause: where has one condition with bind variable as:
Po.requsition_header_id =: 1.
Now I take this requsition_header_id in another page using sessions.
There is a shoppingPG of the page when it comes to shows a result table with some results... and these result depends on this reuisition_header_id...
So I'm the who requsition_header_id and want to 'bind this VO' whereclause variable value...
So I think to write code in Graf as CO

When you use multiple process files can I rename the Image Source

I would like to rename all my Images (about 1800) for a standard naming such as IMAGE_1 system, etc. IMAGE_2. It's because they had the file ID different a lot over the years and this has become messy. I tried the process of multiple Images in the editor of 13 elements, but it doesn't seem to work for the following reasons:
(1) if I choose the source folder to update the button rename is off? So it appears this function is disabled when it is used against the same folder of image location.
(2) if I chose a new location, then I lose my whole face of people marking information.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

This is a job for the Organizer.
Select your files (if they are in an album, you can sort them as you want).
While they are highlighted, use the menu file/rename (shortcut Ctrl Shift N) and enter the starting string.Edit:
I forgot to say that the change of name of the Organizer will keep all your organizing info, like tags etc.

I currently use APEX 4.2 to create traditional and interactive reports. I noticed that in the FROM clause
generated by the wizard #OWNER # is included in addition to the explicitly specified table in the
creating reports. Why is this it is included? Is it necessary? The application seems to work even when I
manually delete #OWNER # in the list.
I found a few discussions that suggest that this is potentially a security problem and that it is better
convenient to use only the tables in the FROM clause. Is this true?

Effect of an additional table in the FROM clause in the query results?
I recently helped a colleague debug one of their SQL statements
The output was showing some very unexpected totals, and I was able to shrink down to an additional table in the FROM clause, but not used anywhere else in the application.
Thus, for example
SELECT A.ID, B.CODE
Of
EMPLOYEE,
B OF THE STATUTE,
PAY THE SAL
WHERE A.ID = B.ID
AND
A.ID = 1;
I was wondering, how can an extra table in a FROM clause influence directly on the rest of the query?
The query above is just an example of what I've seen, the my co worker was working on is a bit larger and a lot more code to read. I noticed that when I added/removed the extra table in my query to co workers and then it worked as expected.
I always thought that an additional table is not attached to what anyone would be just to do the inefficient code, but does not affect outputjust do the inefficient code
