  My responses/comments in red below. I'll answer assuming that you ask specifically about forms.

  I think you can be wrong to interpret something. For the side server, JDK 1.6 is supported for 11.1.1.1 - 11.1.1.6 (also true for the 11.1.2.0). JDK 1.7 was certifeid for 11.1.1.6 when using also WLS 10.3.6

  Browser you use is your choice. Currently, I think that forms a tighter restrictions on what has been certified. IE and Firefox tend to be the most popular. As for the JRE, 11.1.x form is certified with 1.6.0_10 and newer, not to include 1.7. No version of forms is currently certified with JRE 7 right now. So, as I always recommend the last taken JRE supported for the client side. In this case, current JRE supported for forms is 1.6.0_31

  Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (12.1.1 or later) is now certified by Microsoft Windows x 64 (64-bit) on the levels of the application and the database through a certified migration of an existing installation of version 12.

  We are working on a proof of concept and to do database gateway for MS Sql Server - DG4MSQL version 11.2 - Oracle on 64-bit Linux to connect to a Windows database that uses SQL Server 2005 Express Edition. I have reviewed the matrix certification for database gateways and it indicates that SQL Server 2005 is certified - but does not specify what editions.
  
  We have some problems to connect to the SQL Server database and want to make sure that we should be able to connect to the express edition.

• Problem with DateTime - Oracle EBS r12

  I installed Oracle EBS r12 on VM Ware. My machine virtual time is in harmony with my Windows 7 by setting sync.time = "TRUE".
  Date command at the unix command prompt and select to_char (sysdate, ' ' MON-DD-YYYY HH24:MI:SS) double to SQL prompt returns the date / time correct.
  When I submit a competing application, submitted time on 'Date' is ahead of 5 hours. End time on the application is correct.
  Does anyone can say why it is picking up two different dates?
