Is that what I'm looking for a Web Page Transition effect? How can I reach it?

Hi all

Here's the scoop. I am interested in sort of a transition effect. My homepage, I want the page itself to falter, our logo then fade, then were directed to the page of the user, they clicked on the link for. Only looking to make from the home page and it will be relatively fast. Maybe a second to complete. What should I do to get this kind of effect in Dreamweaver. I have the big logo in Photoshop. These are my two main design programs. (for now.)

Help would be much appreciated!
