  I also had this problem on my iPad 2 Air. This is a bug Apple don't want trouble. It was introduced with iOS 9, I hate the time when I clicked on the button "update".

  To resolve this problem you must:

  1. Press and hold the power button on the right side (iPhone 6 or later version) or high (all other iPhones, iPods and iPads) for 3 seconds.
  2. Drag the slider to slide to turn off right confirmation.

  that is a difficult question. Try VLC to see if it will open to them. Usually when the disc appears on the desktop, if you click on it and let go, then press the clover sheet and I (get info command), you should be able to choose which application/program can open them. I have not already heard talk of the "samsung" format, I know there is a stranger there (lie format MTS from Sony).   Probably nothing, it's probably a fluke. Try resetting the SMC and the PRAM by iMac Intel SCM and reset the PRAM. If this does not work, try a USB keyboard to test, if it works then your original keyboard has failed and must be replaced.
