  Please make sure that you use the version the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC.

  Try to uninstall the CD player using Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool cleaning tool and restart your system.

  You can find the option of cloud of document under Home > list of files.
