Is there a recommended EULA?

Hello!

It is said that "it is recommended to include a EULA" in an application which should be sold via the BlackBerry App World, but I am not a lawyer and I am very new to that.

I have looked for a generic EULA that I can meet my needs but I can't find one.

Can you help me?

  • Are there ways recommended to inflexible syncronizations, updates, licenses between a tower offline & Online computer laptop?

    Greetings,

I have a Windows 7 64-bit workstation that is currently getting an internet connection. I plugged it long enough to allow activation and connection to the programs already installed.

However, I am when it comes to updates or is it the account activation and favourite routes.

  • VCP410.is spent there all recommended for the preparation of the vcap?

Couldn't believe I erased this in my first attempt with 350 + score. For me, it's a hard to split nut.

I finished my vsphere 4.0 training almost a year ago. I lived vmware docs, Scott Lowe on 'Mastering VMware vSphere4.0' registry home lab and youtube videos on vmware configurations.

In addition, Simonlong and other vmware Articles are a great resource for reference. Mock exams on the vmware website and simon long helped in practice.

Now, I'm looking forward to the vcap-dca. Looking for suggestions on how to prepare.

    Thanks in advance,

I use the 1520 to read the frequencies and the 1102 reading thermocouples.

Your SCXI module slot residing in is not important, but what is important is the module in which you use for communication.  Please follow this link which contains the rules for the connection of your SCXI modules to your DAQ hardware.

  • recommended installation sequence of thinkpad on a new installation software?

New ThinkPad has been received with Vista x 32, and I intend to install Vista x 64.

I am now collecting all the drivers and files, etc.

Are there any recommended sequence in which various Lenovo utilities must be installed?

In other words, after chipset drivers Intel, graphics, networking?

I already know the prerequisites for ThinkVantage Access Connections.

    Thank you, Tom

In fact, the order is quite important. For example, Power Manager pilots will give maximum efficiency only if installed in the correct order.

I found it very useful and I hope you will too!

  • recommended OS size for redo log block

    Hello

    Oracle 10.2.0.4

Is there any system recommended filesystem blocksize where redo log should be placed?
We tested with 512 bytes to 4 096 bytes. We got the best performance over 512 bytes in terms of waiting avg on synchronization of log file.
There's recommendation on the same oracle/AIX?

The recommendation is to create logs of recovery on a mount with agblk = 512bytes. Please refer following link (page 60) which is an oracle + IBM technical brief:

  • Windows hard disk recommended Dimensions?

    Hello

Long story short, a couple of our Windows virtual machines run lack of space on the C:\ drive.  To avoid this problem in the future, is there a recommended size for hard data Windows?  FYI the VMs in trouble have a 40 GB hard drive, perhaps something close to 60 GB would be a better fit?  I am considering getting new virtual machines have a C:\ strictly for Windows drive and a separate hard drive for the 'data '.  That's probably what I should have done from the first day.

This raises another question, is it possible to increase the size of a disk Windows C:\ with VMware?  Or are you a bit stuck with this size?

Accoring to extpart documentation , it is supposed to be used on basic disks. I have not tried it on a dynamic disk and wouldn't recommend it.  Attach the drive to a different approach of diskpart VM and use would be probably preferred with a dynamic disk - that or use gparted to do.

I do all the Windows boot volumes basic disks and have not ran across a reason yet to justify / require the use of a dynamic disk of OS.  I would avoid dynamic disks for the OS volume, simply to be able to use extpart on them.  It is quick and easy and requires no downtime for expansion.

Unless you're something like replication or very precise specifications of performance, I find that it is usually best to leave the volumes to the OS and data (vmdk) in a single folder.  If performance or other reasons come into play, you can always separate them later, with other options or Storage vMotion.

The idea here is to keep things simple, so I use Basic for the volumes to the OS disks and keep them in the same folder/data store.

  • Recommendation for the best and most models of many

So far I'm loving Captivate 6.  One small complaint is the limited number of models (in comparison, for example, Lectora). Can anyone recommend by personal experience, a site that provides the best models in terms of quality and diversity?  By Google I found "elearningtemplates", but have no experience with them, and I don't know if something better is out there.  Recommendations greatly appreciated, as well as personal experience.

    Thank you!

    Mark

    Mark,

I heard that the 6 Captivate team creates more templates, not sure when it comes out. You can also create your own.

I did a webinar and blog about what you can see: http://captivatecrazy.blogspot.com/

Also, e-Learning brothers have good models: http://elearningbrothers.com/

I have a PDF of resources on my blog at: http://captivatecrazy.blogspot.com/2012/04/download-pdf-with-links-to-captivate_9412.html

  • There is not the same as Type 1 OpenType? (Gill and Minion)

    Hello

one of our designers has been responsible for existing switching layouts, and designs to use PostScript Type 1 fonts to OpenType fonts. To my surprise, he noted a difference between fonts. I've attached a picture that shows the difference:

    type1-vs-opentype.png

Those on the left are PostScript Type 1 Gill versions without and Minion, those on the right are the versions Gill without Std and Minion Pro OpenType. Aren't these supposed to be the same? It was my understanding thatOpenType fonts may contain the same contours as PostScript Type 1 fonts.

Is there a recommended way to moving of PostScript Type 1 to OpenType?

    Thank you!

The contours of Gill without seem like they have no change. The only difference I see is the position of the first base line. This happens because fonts Type 1 is not an OS/2 table that contains vertical metric values. In InDesign, to control the position of the first base line and the baseline grid, use the pane' Options of baseline 'of the 'Text block Options' dialog box.

Regarding the Minion, design and changing the spacing were made during the conversion to OpenType, such as documented on this page http://www.adobe.com/type/opentype/T1_to_OTF_FAQ.htm

  • Recommended image resolutions / ratios for PDF files

    Hello

is there a recommended image resolutions / ratios for PDF files? As if I want my image to 100 x 100 pixels, should its JPEG source or what is 500 x 500 pixels? I want to make a good impression / about zoom, but without compromising the size of the file.

    Thank you!

I take this to mean that you expect people to print on a desktop printer, is not that you are planning to print 10,000 on a press.

In this case, you can safely downsample at 150 dpi to reduce the file size without seriously damaging the image quality to print (but use a high quality zip or jpeg compression).
