  Follow the steps below to disable text to speech in Windows Vista.

  (a) go to the section on your main screen where you see the time displayed.

  (d) a pop-up list appears showing what options are available - option whatever go to "Properties" or "settings", "click on" this element gives.

  (e) a new Panel will appear - in select here the article that says something like "launch on startup", it should have a box next to it, that will be ticked or marked in some way - "click" this element so that it seems to be clear and followed by the button "apply" "click" the button "OK" - which should solve your problem.

Although it seems to start the process of sapisvr.exe, MISTLETOE (the microphone with closing, minimize and text box) does not appear.

However, to work around the problem, you can enable "TalkBack" in the accessibility settings on the device that you can read the PDF. Please note that this may not work with all PDF files and is highly dependent on how the content is embedded in the PDF file. Also, when turning on accessibility can change certain things on your device (to double for example to open an application instead of tap single or double finger roll instead of a finger roll). To activate the 'Read Out Aloud', go to your system "settings". Tap on 'Accessibility', tap the 'TalkBack' and turn it on.

  After you have enabled 'TalkBack' 'on', you can double tap on the application Acrobat DC to start and then double tap on the file you want to open. Tap the center of the page and "read aloud the" you can read the PDF will be activated.

  You can search the different markers in prelude. In the timeline panel, enter the keyword you want to search for in the search text box. Timeline would show only markers that have that keyword.

The problem is that, if you keep your tex (with .DVI extension) on iCloud drive file, problems will occur. With a compiler (Latexian), a pdf file is not produced at all, with another compiler (Texpad) separate pdf files are produced whenever the code is executed. I contacted support of these programs, and they told me it's the cause iCloud. And they're right. They also tell me that they can't fix this and Apple should fix this. And I think they're right. It is impossible that two different programs have bugs. Here I ask Apple to set records in a way that allows these programs to compile code tex iCloud. The problem can be reproduced easily without these programs, but just runing a lot of formatting with pdfTeX. In my opinion, Apple should solve the problem.

  Try the settings > general > accessibility > speech > talking about screen. However, I believe that you would allow this, when you go to each new screen.

  I think that there are applications that offer this feature, but I have never used one and don't know what to recommend.
