  I have a work of guge and I need to select a small group (about 10-100) of objects from 4000 bunk and then group objects ' em/split-to-layers for ease of use (this is an infographic of the human body for medical institute)

  As long there is no deliberately locked object, you can do the following:

  Drag on the lock column in the layer panel

  Object > unlock all (there is a shortcut for this)

  The past several times I completely stopped my MacBook Pro and booted back up Xcode is the first thing to open, and it opens a window, I've never seen before called 'ICloudSetupView.strings '.

  I went to check if Xcode is checked as a startup item (I usually put off because I do not often use XCode) and Xcode is not even on my list of items that opens automatically when I boot.

  HOWEVER, there is a new startup item called "ICloudSetupView.strings" that has a "sort" of "Strings File".

  I traced the file in its location and found several others with the timestamp date same creation and now I'm worried.

  The path to the file is:

  I am running CS4 on a Mac mini to 2014 with Yosemite. I've worked on enough large photoshop documents Save as ".psb" and ".psd". My Illustrator will not open these files as well as TIFF or photoshop RAW and I am unable to export them to PDF in photoshop because they are so big. I do not have the opportunity to downgrade my OS to Mavrick and also cannot afford CC everyone found a way to solve the plugins for photoshop documents open in illustrator?

  After having upgraded to win10, I can open creative cloud, but it seems that my photoshop cannot be started, it became the 'trial' rather than 'open' when run CC.

  After the reboot, open when CC, apps changed back to "open", but when I click on the background to open, it does not work. On the contrary, it seems Norton won't let me open it because there is error mesg of Norton but no details about the error.

  Now it looks like two Norton anti virus and upgrade to win 10 result able to launch photoshop. Anyone have similar issue? and how to you fix this?

  I do web design prototyping. I designed my homepage at size 1024 x 768 and then copied the artboard to create excessive state of the menu. I continue to copy the work plan for my homepage until I got 8 copies to edit with different contents. Each of them reported size 1024 x 768 in illustatror.

  

  The problem started when I exported JPEG individual work plans and my first work plan (home) was 1024 x 768; While the rest of the copies (who said to be this same size inside the Illustrator) is 1025 x 768 pixels.   I took a stab in the dark GPU rendering and disabled in preferences. Low and behold, the previews in moving and scaling of the artboard have been restored.

  It seems that in Illustrator GPU rendering is not 100% ready for the prime time. Still a few bugs to crush.

  I have a drawing with shapes that pass the complex vector graphic board. I want to reframe the elements contained in the work plan without using a clipping mask. My problem is when I draw a rectangle equal to the artboard, place it on its own in the upper layer, unlock and show all forms (there is no open path) and select all the items, the results do not give me a good vector to be cropped. For some reason, it removes items from the artboard and leaves the white lines where my ways are... live the paths of the steam! (there is no transparent and everything is in RGB)

  For some reason, it removes items from the artboard

  The reason depends specifically on the manner in which your paths are drawn.

  You should be able to do this:

  1. place a horizontal guide at the bottom of the artboard.

  2 knife tool: Position cursor outboard of the artboard. Press Alt. Mousedown (alignment of the guide). ShiftDrag to the right at the bottom of the work.

  However, this assumes behavior reliable and accurate Snap on tool set, which is not Illustrator.

  To avoid all the warnings of illustrators Boolean path very badly implemented combination offers (the so-called Scouts):

  1 rectangle tool. Draw a rectangle on the artboard outboard, alignment of the upper part of it to the bottom of the artboard.

  2 copy.

  3 ShiftClick one of the paths that you want to cut out.

  4. click on the "punch" (subtract) Pathfinder (assuming that the CS5 or CS4; altClick the same Pathfinder in CS3 and earlier versions.)

  5 paste in front. Repeat steps 3 & 4.

If I try to export these objects individually on illustrator and import them into Edge animate, they overlap each other due to their work plans square.   How can I change the order of pages / print order of artboards in Illustrator CS6? I know that it was negligence in this regard griped in previous versions, once work plans have been introduced, but surely, it's been fixed now. It is only fair that I can't understand how do.   Open the Panel work plans (in the window menu) and drag work here plans to change the order. When the work plan tool is the current tool, selection of a plan of work in the work plans Panel will highlight the workplan in the workspace.  The first column in the work plans Panel indicates a number representing the page / print order. The second column is the name given by the Illustrator which you can change in the Control Panel, while the artboard tool is selected.

  I use AE and Illustrator CS6. In the past when you have imported a file Illustrator in AE it came into AE with the game of the box enclosing exactly on the edges of the real work, which means that the work plan was ignored. In CS6 there don't seem to be a way to achieve. Each file that import comes with the box set including the size of the artboard.

  It would be nice if I was starting a new project, but the problem is that I'm working on a project that was created in CS5. All previous Illustrator files that were imported came AE without the artboard. I need to change some of these assets, but when I got the file from Illustrator and return to EI EI, the edited file comes with the return the bounding box restore the size of the artboard instead of art - screwing totally recording in the model.

  As soon as I opened your file have I knew what the problem was. Just a single layer. Try adding a layer to your star.ai, it may be empty.

  Back as long as I remember that you must have more of a layer to import a file WAS in the form of Composition. I think that it has always been thus.
