  There is no automatic way, but this might work: in the "Customize toolbar" window, select "Save Preset," save your settings to a file and then move it to your laptop through the method of transfer of file of your choice. Then on your laptop, simply "Load Preset" from the same window.

  Very, very unlikely, unless you export each page in the form of a simple graph, slats, words and everything. You ask too much, especially given that Word is not a music creation application.

  The problem is that I work with a configuration of two monitors. One is the real canvas with a painstakingly built provision of the panels, the other has a window synchronized with a preview in full screen. Every once in a while I accidentally close the window of work area, and because the bridge only registers a 'current state' in workspaces, my window carefully designed just disappeared, poof (sound effect, no slang).

  I know that I can save a double workspace. That makes it a little easier, but I must still remove the space of shoddy work and create it again as a copy of the duplicate. This, coupled with the fact that the first step in any troubleshooting on the bridge is to nuke all the settings, hurts a little uncomfortable with the solution.

  I would be very grateful if anyone knew a way to export the workspace settings so I could just load back in when I mess up or bridge only.

  Ideally, I wish I could have a learning stage and have some kind of output or export which would include the learnerName variable (which is a text entry box) as well as the duration of the slide from the opening to the last slide to be sent to a specific e-mail address. All this "activity" would be behind the scenes and not known to the user / learner.

  You need custom programming to pull this off.  Captivate does not have with native functionality.

  You must create a widget or a lot of Javascript on the side of Captivate, and you need some programming as well on server side.

  You realize that what you do is a generational loss.  Compression of the images already well compressed!... as well as many other works that used saw the final cut.

  Increase the flow of your export to preserve quality as much as possible.

For example, when the 'Pioneers of Design' link is hovered over, it turns red and links to another page. The yellow image loses the white opaque screen 25% top when it is steady-state and also links to the same page. The two are in separate State buttons. Is there a way to link the two so that when I hover over the image the screen disappears, but also flushed the pioneers link at the same time and vice versa during the overflight of the pioneers link?
